After a long battle we finally sold our 17th century house through Fine & Country. Having been through two different agents, we hooked up with them feeling somewhat dispirited. They were different - they let us use some of our own content for a start which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>We worked closely with Mike from start to finish. What stood out for us was not just his professionalism and clear advice, but the fact that he brought humour and lightness to what can be a very stressful process. It made the whole journey feel far more manageable. Almost relaxed even.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout — Mike kept us updated at every stage, was quick to respond to questions, and took time to explain the legal steps in plain English. We had already moved out before completion, but still felt completely supported and confident that everything was being looked after properly.<br><br>If you’re looking for someone who combines experience and integrity with a genuine sense of humour and humanity, we would happily recommend Mike and Fine & Country. The only downside of now having bought a house, is not being in regular contact with Mike Houghton at Fine & Country, Tunbridge Wells. Fine & Country have been great, we continually receive a professional & friendly service, no matter who we speak to or deal with.<br>Mike was great showing us around the house we brought, he had a good knowledge of the property & allowed us time plenty to explore everywhere. Personally I found him bubbly & excitable about our purchase while maintaining a good level of professionalism.<br>Giles & Bryony in the office were extremely efficient & just as bubbly & professional. Their communication was great & nothing was too much for them when helping us.<br>We highly recommend the team if you’re looking for an estate agent :)
