Amazing from start to finish. Exceptional local knowledge, constant communication, nothing was too much trouble. The photos and listing was amazing. They managed to secure 15 viewings in less than just 2 days, and a sale above asking price in 4. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they are incredibly personable, friendly and really do care. It was the little things that made the difference - we spoke to another provider in our decision phase, one promised to send us over information later that day and didn’t send it until the day after, while James at Firmin said he’d send out the information by the end of the day, and instead printed and hand delivered it in less than an hour. One company we spoke to gave us a few examples of previous properties they had sold, Firmin provided a full breakdown. I felt in safe hands throughout and even after the property had sold, we had a visit to see how the sale was going. Honestly - top service. Don’t bother wasting your time going anywhere else. They are genuinely the best Estate Agents in Peterborough and it’s no wonder I keep seeing their billboards popping up over Orton.

I decided to use Firmin (Orton) as not only were they a local branch to the property I was selling but when I initially spoke to them they were enthusiastic and interested in my views and requirements too. James and Dan always kept me updated on viewings and the feedback from them. The property was sold within 4 weeks and the sale could have been completed within 7 weeks if it had not been for the festive break. I would highly recommend Firmin (Orton). Thank you James and Dan for your support and professionalism.

We have put the house on the market during the lockdown and in this unprecedented situation we found James and the whole Firmin team amazingly helpful.
Generally the process, end to end, took several months
with ups and downs due to covid impact.
However we felt well informed and the team were transparent with us on every step of that journey. We were in constant contact and I felt exactly what will happened and when.
Secondly from the evaluation to finalization we know exactly all the costs and requirements what help us plan the next move.
I would not thank them more for the whole support !

I would certainly recommend Firmin Orton Waterville branch. They sold my mother's property under difficult circumstances and Lee and his team were very sensitive and professional during that time which was really appreciated.
