We are incredibly happy with the service from Firmin & Co. They found a buyer for our house very quickly. While the process was inevitably held up by solicitors, the agents were brilliantly proactive, chasing constantly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Their fee was very competitive, offering excellent value for money. They truly went above and beyond, even coming into the office on a day off over Christmas to facilitate the key handover. Fantastic to deal with from start to finish! As someone who spent almost a decade as an estate agent I’d like to think I have a good understanding of the process, and I can honestly say that Glenn and Hannah made that process so much easier.
