I cannot recommend the Crowland team at Firmin & Co Estate Agents highly enough. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Hannah and Glenn made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

We are incredibly happy with the service from Firmin & Co. They found a buyer for our house very quickly. While the process was inevitably held up by solicitors, the agents were brilliantly proactive, chasing constantly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Their fee was very competitive, offering excellent value for money. They truly went above and beyond, even coming into the office on a day off over Christmas to facilitate the key handover. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish!
As someone who spent almost a decade as an estate agent I’d like to think I have a good understanding of the process, and I can honestly say that Glenn and Hannah made that process so much easier. Regular updates, clear communication and a very personal approach by both throughout.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. I wont hesitate to come back to them when I am ready to sell again!
And the welcome box was very ‘welcomed’ when I picked up my keys!

Firmin and Co Crowland dealt with our house purchase recently. They were brilliant, especially Hannah, who was on the ball, positive and polite throughout the whole process. She recommended a phenomenal solicitor and made the purchase as stress free as possible with lots of updates. Would very much recommend them!

I would like to write about my personal experience with Firmin and Co specific for excellent agent Sobia Hussain about her support and co-operation to get very quickly a great Apartment suitable for standard family. I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling.
