Fox and Sons Weymouth were great from the get go for the bereavement sale of our Mum’s house. Antoinette was brilliant at the evaluation - she was friendly and very enthusiastic about the house, which gave us confidence that the viewings would go well. This experience was completely different than other local estate agents.
Ola was responsible for the remainder of the sale and provided frequent friendly updates throughout the whole process, nudged the solicitor for us when required, and generally made the whole process run smoothly by answering any questions we had and acting quickly on any requests.
10/10 service. We will definitely recommend the Weymouth team to anyone selling locally!??

Ellie has very kindly welcomed me in her Weymouth office when I was looking for a one-bedroom or studio apartment. She has promptly showed one what they had available and explained all the details. She then liaised with her colleague Beth to arrange a viewing for the following day, as I was in Weymouth only for two days.
Beth then contacted the landlord to get the keys for the following day. On the day of the viewing, she has arrived on time and showed me the studio flat, explaining everything. I said I would like to make an offer, and she acted very professionally and stated that she will do her best. That afternoon she has contacted me with the news that my offer was accepted.
I can highly recommend, both Ellie and Beth, as excellent letting agents, due to their diligence, professionalism and kindness.

Be very wary about the sales techniques and morals of this Branch
They recommend conveyancers who are totally incompetent and should not be trading. This recommendation is obviously for their/their companies personal gain and although this Branch no longer used them they failed to inform us of this.
This branches sales techniques is unscrupulous with no morals. They don’t care about the consequences of their actions to their customers, The consequences of this branches are profound for my family
This is subject to an official complaint and I will be taken to the ombudsman.
I will get answers and I will be taking this even further. It’s about time agents like this are held to account

First of all, the other reviews don't lie, we have had a very easy time through our journey and we are very satisfied with the service we've received.

We have recently bought our home through Fox and Sons, Libby and Dan were our contact agents. Our purchase you could say was not a straight forward process, however, throughout the whole journey both Dan and Libby were simply marvelous. They made themselves flexible to suit us, something we appreciated very much.
Both Libby and Dan kept contact with us at all times. Our purchase was a little unusual, however they sorted any issues very quickly for us in a professional and communicative manner which took all the stress off us and meant a speedy smooth transaction. They were both there to answer any questions we had, and their friendly understanding manner gave us comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for them which meant we were comfortable ringing them any time (and we did!!!,bless them).

What a great experience! People love to have a moan or rarely want to find the positives when they work with Sales or Letting Agents - but our experience with Fox and Sons has been BRILLIANT! This is to thank Libby Reynolds for her help in selling my father's home after he passed away. She was very efficient, cheerful and always willing to help out with any queries. There was only one slight misunderstanding when I took the official Probate Form into the local office of Fox & Sons. Libby was out of the office that day, and I thought the document would be forwarded to the "in house" conveyancers, but, somehow this got missed. This did result in a slight delay in completion. I would also like to thank Jenny who was very helpful on what should have been the day of completion. She helped me sort out some outstanding paperwork and get things moving again. Entered the Weymouth branch last week for details on a property I am interested in purchasing and was greeted with smiles and a lot of hello's. The staff all seemed to be new from when I entered last year and I must say this was a great call as I didn't rate the staff very highly last time. A young girl in the middle desk (sorry terrible with names) immediately got up and greeted me and was professional and happy and answered all my questions. When I am down in the area with my Wife next week I will be calling to book a viewing. Well done to the management on finally getting competent and helpful staff.

Avoid this estate agents at all costs. They are absolutely useless. I can't believe the positive reviews on here as everyone I have spoken to has shared my opinion that they are terrible and unprofessional. We have had a catalogue of things going wrong, all because of their incompetence and has culminated in them losing the key to our house! Do yourself a favour and dont touch them with a bargepole!!!

Despite not marketing with Foxes and Sons I did have the pleasure of meeting a young chap called Nick, who had the sheer cheek/confidence to knock on my door UNINVITED to discuss my marketing opinions, prepped with strong local knowledge of recently sold properties in nearby streets. Suitably impressed by his bold approach, my wife and I would have certainly come onboard with him if it wasn’t for a personal change of circumstances. Rented a property from Fox and Sons and the service from start to finish was awful, sequence who deal with end of tenancy are dreadful and I would never use again. I waited nearly 3 weeks for any response about Deposit. If you search Sequence read the reviews it’s hundreds of other people as well. Stay away!
