I would highly recommend Fox and Sons, Axminster . They have been helping me sell my Mum's House and really went out of their way. They were so kind and patient with my Mum and explained everything to her on visits and made her feel she understood what was happening .The staff are so kind and knowledge able ,Leon went out of his way to help and couldn't do enough for us . As did Matt and Beth too, both so kind .
I would use them again in the future .

Fox and sons sold my property recently I found them professional very warm and friendly team they kept me informed every step through the buying and selling process very impressed would highly recommend the team in Axminster I researched the photos before I used foxes and they really have the best photographer.
I was going through a divorce they were very mindful of the tricky situation and I can’t thank them enough .
I’m very happy in my new home they found for me .so all good .

Expertise- poor
We’ve had more communication and a much better service from our seller’s solicitor- GTH- so I would recommend going with them instead. If your property is on the lower end price-wise, very little effort will be put in. Leon is great as a salesman but when it comes to the important stuff is not helpful unfortunately. Our property should not have been allowed to be put up for sale and so we lost 7 months due to their error. It would have been even longer without GTH’s valuable input. Bethanie, the manager, denied their wrongdoing for days, dodged our calls and emails until finally she held her hands up. We will be taking them to court. We understand issues arise, but they are not good at handling these and don’t have the knowledge, expertise or patience to help when things go wrong.

1 star is one too many for fox and sons. I would avoid, I'm sure there are much better estate agents out there. They don't know what they are doing and they are bad at communicating, meaning you will have to chase them, don't care about looming timescales and also there is just no passion at all. I'm sure if you are paying them a massive commission they will do something for you but if your house is more affordable for first time buyers and sellers like us then stay away, as all you will get is delays and things falling through. We are seriously considering suing them. STAY AWAY

The property that Fox&Sons sold for me was an unusual and difficult one. Matt was the negotiator , who worked tirelessly over the months to get the appropriate price for me. He contacted every week to update me on the state of the market and eventually he acquired a buyer. Even after this, there were still difficulties but he succeeded. When selling our house recently, we had quotes from local estate agents and chose Fox and Sons because they actually seemed to care and take an interest in us and our house!
We were glad we did as we thought they were fantastic, Beth, Leon and Matt were friendly, helpful, professional and always available to answer any of our questions. (No matter how random they were!)
Leon kept us updated throughout the process and we definitely felt that we were in good hands.
Whilst Fox and Sons may not be the cheapest option, it was definitely worth it and we would thoroughly recommend them

We have just completed a long and complicated house purchase with the Fox & Sons office in Axminster. The whole team right from the first sales phone call, first viewings and constant communication during the offer/purchase chase problems process has been very professional and efficient.
