Solomon (and his manager) helped us tirelessly to pinpoint ideal flats for our needs. Solomon went above and beyond in coordinating viewing after viewing, checking in, negotiating with landlords for us and the entire process was extremely professional, transparent and respectful. We felt they only had our best interest at heart form the first call! We appreciate that the agency is transparent with no holding deposits until an offer is accepted, and has the most properties to view from other agencies we’ve worked with.
We’ve dealt with numerous agencies beforehand and Solomon and his manager Mike Horton, went above and beyond. Despite this crazy market where we’ve felt shady vibes from most other agents from different agencies who take advantage of the clients a little, you can expect the opposite form Foxtons. Truly professional and helpful. We thank you so much!

I worked with Rafik at Foxtons for a couple of months to find a flat to purchase - he was incredibly helpful and open to showing me options, and quickly recognised what I was looking for. Had a great experience with Foxtons West Hampstead. In my personal case I had very tough boundaries of what I was looking for and Ameer Malik was keen on helping finding places that would meet my expectation. In just a few a hours after our first chat we were on the streets looking at possible rental places that met the criteria. My wife and I agree that Amir was the best Estate Agent we had in our lives: attentive, consistent, fast, precautious, humble and direct when needed. He has a creative mind with one foot on the ground focused on solving puzzles that give the best for Landlord and Tenant.
In summary, this people know how to do busyness while taking care of their customers. Recommended for everyone who knows what he is looking for and wants to see what the market can give you in such a crowded and demanded city as London.

Ameer Malik helped me secure a rental before I stepped foot in London, all done remotely within a day! It was a massive weight off my shoulders as I would be new to London and otherwise forking out money in a hotel whilst scrambling to find a rental. Sarah is a very good agent that really tries hard to help you get the property within your budget. Our offer didn’t get through the landlord as the landlord prefer single occupancy, yet Sarah and her manager Mike offered to try to talk to the other landlord of another property with us bidding under the asking price. Although we eventually got another property we bid elsewhere, we’re still very thankful for what they have done to help us. The service here by Sarah and Mike is highly recommended!

We have rented a flat with Sanaa Dhanji at Foxtons West Hampstead, who has been wonderful.
Sanaa is friendly, approachable and considerate. Sanaa has often been quick to respond to both emails and calls.
She was diligent and chased up on multiple things for us, such as visiting the flat twice before our tenancy to ensure it was professionally cleaned. She also offered to leave the keys in an easily accessible but safe place for us - to remove the need to go out of our way to collect them - which I thought was a nice touch.
All in all, we were very satisfied with Sanaa and Foxtons and would not hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Spoke to an agent this morning who said I wouldn't be able to see photos of properties prior to visiting them, and I would be expected to make an offer on the spot. That the only way to view properties is turn up to the office to see multiple at one time, but no prior information before hand regarding size, price, or location... I understand rental market is fast pace, but felt the conversation was verging on scam like.
I then did some research on the agency and its safe to say I'll be avoiding at all cost. Many people commenting on unjustified charges prior to tenancy and post tenancy, plus lots of stories of personal information like contact numbers being passed onto other suppliers.
I've rented for almost 10 years in London, and I've never been made out to think this is the norm.
Red flags all over it!
I shall be avoiding.

Stephanie Louka is going above and beyond to help me and my partner find a property to buy in London. She is extremely accommodating when scheduling viewings, always going the extra mile to accommodate even last-minute changes.
Her ability to arrange for us to see many properties during this month of searching, has helped us gain a better understanding of the options available, and she is our best ally in this confusing and overwhelming process of purchasing our first home.
In addition, communication is outstanding, she always responds to my messages and emails, and she provides me with detailed information and answers all my questions.
However, what I appreciate most, is that she was never pushy or insistent. Instead, she supported us and provided honest opinions about the properties and whether they would fit our needs. This is a professional attitude that nowadays is hard to find in estate agents.

Great team at Foxtons who helped me first buy my first property a few years ago and then also help sell it. I tried working with local agents at first but the experience was sub-par. I contacted Foxtons and they were able to significantly increase the number of qualified viewers of the property working with the network of their agents. From the moment I made contact with *Isabella* at the West Hampstead branch, I knew I was in good hands. Throughout the process she has been extremely responsive and professional and answered all my questions. She was attentive to my requirements, even taking me to see properties quite far away from her office's area and at short notice. She also helped me find a short term let that gave me ample time to search for a long term option.
What has made the experience even better is Isabella's positive attitude and energy, it was a pleasure getting to know her.
The reason that I have not given 5 stars has nothing to do with Isabella - it is a failure in property management of my current short term let in dealing with issues in a timely matter. Isabella has even tried to help me despite it not being within the scope of her responsibilities.
For such a reputable and established company, this has been unexpected and disappointing.

I worked with Abby and her team when seeking a tenant for my vacant flat in April and I couldn’t be more impressed. Abby kept me updated every step of the way and Foxtons quickly found quality tenants without even putting the flat on portals. I also really like the MyFoxtons portal on which you can view any arranged viewings and the feedback that follows, as well as the name of the agent doing each viewing. As a landlord you couldn’t ask for more in a letting agent. Will definitely use Foxtons again in the future.

This was our first property purchase in the UK. We've dealt with lots of different agencies throughout the process, but Foxtons was the only agency where our specific search criteria were actually understood. Alex Jones and Noah Morrison, the agents we communicated with, were both incredibly helpful and taught us a lot about buying a property in the UK - whereas lots of other agencies seemed somewhat standoffish and almost annoyed by our lack of knowledge of the property market. Nathan White, who managed most, if not all, of the subsequent communication during the purchase, did a great job of keeping us and our solicitors on track and went above and beyond by helping us deal with all the formalities of the process. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Foxtons to anybody considering a first-time purchase.

I went with Isabella for couple of viewings. Usually I tend to avoid estate agents, as they can be very pushy. However, with Foxtons I’ve experienced the opposite. Isabella was very professional, and very friendly and she let me view the places first without trying to sell it to me. Very professional and honest. I would totally recommend to book some viewings with them, especially with Isabella, as she’s so lovely and friendly ! I did not find my new home through foxtons but they have some great flats out there. Thanks !

Beware: Foxtons will send your details to every branch in London and you will receive calls constantly from them.
Originally my review was very positive. We had a number of viewings with Lauren. She was absolutely excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Best estate agent we've ever met. Would highly recommend.
However, we received too many calls from their branches and thus we have reduced our rating

I recently decided to sell my house in London. I have a friend who is "In the business" and he said immediately I should use Foxtons. He said they are quick, efficient and work hard to push a sale through. He could not have been more accurate in his appraisal!
From start to completion, Foxtons did a great job. They have a simple, functional app "My Foxtons" where you are kept up to date with proceedings. I was contacted regularly and quickly when required and they made the whole experience a joy...
I would particularly like to thank Nathan White, who dealt with my sale, for his help, advice and positive vibes.
I would certainly recommend Foxtons to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. They were worth every penny of their considerable commission to me.... ????

Ben Relton, and his team, have just completed the sale of my flat in West Hampstead. Through no fault of mine, or his, this was a difficult sale. Twice, for reasons that were completely outside of our control, the purchasers withdrew. Ben always responded imediately to these setbacks and got his team marketing it again immediately. Me and two friends were looking for a three bedroom house. This was our first time renting an entire house and so we weren’t really sure about costs or any of the renting processes we would have to go through. Paul Barrett at Foxtons helped us throughout the entire process.
We had a lot of requirements for a house: it would have to be closer to central but affordable; it would have to be big enough for 3 people as well as being pet-friendly. Paul was able to take in all of our requirements and all it took was a viewing of one single house and we were sold.
That house was perfect for us and although me and my friends had some issues getting all the paperwork together for the house we ended up getting the house!

I went with Foxtons as - contrary to most people I speak with - I'd always had positive experiences with them. They advised me to ask for quite a high price. In hindsight, with the market tanking, it's possible we lost some potential buyers by going in so aggressively. In the end, they found me a decent buyer at what I now realise is a very decent price. So although we got off to a shaky start, they came good in the end, and that's what matters. I should also say that Ben Relton was professional throughout, going out of his way to recommend builders and be on site to enable building inspectors to visit (I was out the country).

We took a Short Let through Kate at Foxtons West End Lane and had an agreement with her that they would speak to us and offer for us to extend before offering the flat to anyone else. Just before Christmas they then let the flat we were living in to someone else without speaking with us or writing to us, breaking the agreement they had with us. Despite the fact that numerous other Foxtons agents called us to try and offer us alternatives, no one in Foxtons management took responsibility for the way they treated us. Do not deal with these people.

Initially we were skeptical about Foxtons as we did not have a very pleasant experience as a tenant previously. However with selling of our flat, their service was amazing and was worth the commission we have paid though it is higher than other agents. The staff are all very motivated and the number of viewings we received were nothing comparable to the other agent's we initially tried to sell the flat with. Sales team is all very professional and friendly, and works very hard to meet our requirements also. Foxtons have no consideration for tenants whatsoever, and charged us outrageous fees for doing next to nothing. The moment we had signed our contract, they stopped answering our questions, and when our landlord repeatedly breached our contract, they sided with him again and again because he was the one paying them a monthly fee. When we finally managed to get out and they were required to show people around the flat, a member of staff stole a set of keys from the dining room table that they had no rights to, leading to a panic because we believed they had been lost.
This branch are only interested in whoever can bring in the money - and unfortunately, that is the landlord and not the tenant. The staff are generally brash, pushy and remind me a great deal of used car salesmen. I wouldn't sign with them again for any property, and am thrilled to be away from such a rude and unhelpful company.

One of the most knowledgeable, friendliest and down to earth estate agent we met during our property search was Nouri Momtazi from Foxtons in West Hampstead, West End Lane. We introduced ourselves to a lot of estate agents in the area and Nouri was one of the few who really listened to all of our pre-requisites and arranged viewings based on these. Nouri showed us more properties in the area than any other agent and he was really patient through the whole process. Each time we turned down a flat - Nouri would consider our feedback before booking more viewings. Nouri also has a lot of experience in this industry, which meant that he shared a lot of helpful tips about buying property and the local market. If you're looking to buy a flat in the north west London area, I would highly recommend this office and Nouri as a point of contact.
