I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge.
Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays.
A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times but I was incredibly lucky to have Alpa supporting me throughout the journey. I would like to say a huge thank you to her for all the help, guidance and reassurance she provided from start to finish.
Alpa was always available whenever I needed assistance and took the time to explain things clearly which made a big difference for me. Alpa truly went above and beyond her role, and at times it honestly felt like she was even doing the solicitors’ job as well! Her dedication, professionalism, and patience made what could have been a very stressful experience much smoother and easier to manage.
I am truly grateful for all the time, effort and care she put into helping me through this process. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I genuinely couldn’t have done this without her support.
Thank you again, Alpa. I highly recommend her to anyone especially first-time buyers looking for someone reliable, professional and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process of buying a property . ??????????????????

Me and my partner moved into an amazing apartment after lots of looking l, this process was made so smooth and actually enjoyable by our realtor Jude burton, he made the process so easy and we completely trusted him the entire time, and when our first apartment didn’t work out he immediately found us another property that even better suited our needs. We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!

By far the worst experience with any agent in selling our property. Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

I had an amazing experience with Foxtons South Kensington. Sophie Clogg was fantastic throughout the process, very proactive, responsive, and always happy to help and clarify any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this real estate agency!

I bought my first home with this Foxton’s branch. Unfortunately, prior to this estate agents, I went through 3 other properties with 3 different agents and not a single one came close to how amazing our Foxton’s estate agent was. Kacper Wiecki was assigned to our property and he made this process so easy. He was super responsive and diligent. He ensured everything ran smoothly, chased the relevant people and legal teams all within quick timeframes and was so easy to contact. I had to praise him to their manager because he deserves a promotion! Thank you Kacper for being so good at your job.

Sam helped me find my dream apartment- almost an impossible task with really high asks. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly or engaged person to help me. Can’t recommend Sam or Foxtons more highly!
