We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. We had a fantastic experience with Manuel at Foxtons Shoreditch. We were relocating from Dublin to London in January 2026, which could have been a stressful process, but Manuel made everything feel straightforward and hassle-free from start to finish.<br><br>He was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our search. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, kept us informed at every stage, and was always available to answer our questions. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail made a real difference, and he helped us secure a place that we’re really happy with.<br><br>Moving to a new city is a big step, but Manuel made the entire renting process as smooth and easy as possible. Working with Jean was incredible. She made the flat search process super easy and quick, and I was able to find the perfect flat for me within a matter of a couple of days. She put in so much effort into helping answer all my questions and showing me around the flat, and I really appreciated her warm energy and support throughout the process (especially as someone moving to London from abroad). Having had experience with other agents and other companies, no one matched the level of effort I felt that Jean put in to helping me! I’m so grateful for the kindness and work she put into supporting me, and I would definitely recommend her and Foxtons to anyone looking for a flat in London!

I have been with foxtons being tenant for almost 3 years now! First 2 years was with a very good landlord and agency was supportive as well. Had to change the house and now the new landlord isn’t good at all. Agency doesn’t help. When it rains, water comes in to the property from the roof. The property is managed my landlord, I understand. But I handed over the notice to move out in 2 months. Foxtons were super unhelpful with that. Very bad review on Sadia Kashem as she lied a lot regarding this property. Never thought that Foxtons Canary Wharf will be advertising this type of property.

Sam helped me find my dream apartment- almost an impossible task with really high asks. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly or engaged person to help me. Can’t recommend Sam or Foxtons more highly!
