Foxtons is a great institution and it’s always a good experience doing business with them. All of the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated to my needs and been friendly to engage with. There is one extremely pleasant and hard working woman who I have to give a mention to however. Ellie Slaughter will always go above and beyond for any client. She is the most hard working, easy going estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It’s even just an honour to have been in her company. Her energy radiates when you are stood next to her. She is beyond incredible. My life improved significantly after meeting her. Thank you for being such a friendly and affable woman. I will always recommend to tons simply because of her.

A quick review to mention the service I received from Foxtons Watford branch.<br><br>I was first shown around the property with Dan. He did the original negotiation with the seller, following up with any queries I had in a very polite and responsive manner. Once the offer was accepted I was introduced to Amber and Jamie who dealt with bridging the gap between both our solicitors, myself and the seller. I was always kept in the loop at each stage. The whole team were very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.<br><br>Keep up the good work!

We met Tilly when we found our home, Tilly has been so great at fitting us in as soon as I found the property. She was friendly, prompt, very responsive and walked us through it all - she advocated for us to get a deep clean and sorted out a garden clean too - would definitely go with Foxtons/ Tilly again and would recommend them to anyone moving

Lucca Holdstock was especially helpful, professional and easy to deal with, making everything run smoothly and keeping me informed throughout. Brilliant service from Ellie! ??<br><br>Ellie was absolutely lovely and made the whole viewing experience so so easy!<br>She was really friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed.<br><br>You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable.<br>A really positive experience and a credit to the estate agency. Have used Foxtons for my past two properties (as a tenant) - each time has been smooth. Despite the market moving at the speed of light, Natasha was a brilliant help for us and managed to get us in to see places which fit our preferences, resulting in a secured agreement just 48 hours after we were in touch. She is great!

I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

I’ve been supporting my sister hunting for a flat recently. Kitty Lehane at the Hampstead branch was so helpful and lovely. Every conversation was a delight and even though we didn’t find the right property with Foxtons, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kitty. She made sure that any opportunities were sent to us and viewings were arranged swiftly. I shall be sad we are no longer flat hunting but now Kitty can devote her time to other lucky clients! I only gave four stars because we didn’t find a property- but if it was to rate the person she’d get 10 stars.

7 months into our property search we had one certainty, that we were not going to use Foxton, this was due to the several poor interactions we had with their agents.<br>This was until we met Anais McCarthy.<br>From the first interaction she came across as professional, knowledgeable and actually interested in helping us finding the right place.<br>When thanks to her we finally found the right place and all throughout the very long process to complete the purchase, she was always available keeping us updated, precise and accurate in the communication and most important very warm and caring.<br>She is an amazing professional and a true asset to Foxtons.

Sam helped me find my dream apartment- almost an impossible task with really high asks. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly or engaged person to help me. Can’t recommend Sam or Foxtons more highly!
