12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Definitely the best letting agency we have ever had!
We spent 3 wonderful years in our flat and would like to say a huge thank you to Kate, Jordan and the entire Cedar team.

Throughout our tenancy, whenever we needed any repairs or maintenance, Kate always responded quickly and arranged everything without any hassle.

During our second year, we had an issue with the dishwasher. They arranged a visit straight away and, as the dishwasher was quite old, quickly decided to replace it with a brand-new one. They also offered us a much better sofa they had available when the original one was getting quite old, which we really appreciated and enjoyed!
The whole team was always helpful, responsive and happy to assist with anything we needed.
We always felt very well looked after as tenants.

Towards the end of our tenancy, they also went out of their way to help find a new tenant quickly so that we could move out earlier than planned. They didn’t have to do this, so we really appreciated their help and flexibility.

If we ever move back to the West Hampstead/Kilburn area, Cedar will definitely be the first agency we contact. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Thank you so much, Kate, Jordan and the whole Cedar team, for looking after us so well over the past 3 years! ??
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.

The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.

Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.

I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.
10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)Romain helped me find the perfect flat to rent in less than a week. Very pleased with the agency so far.
7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.

At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.

When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.

I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.
20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Miles Roberts and the team. Miles helped my family and I get into our dream home in West Hampstead. Having had many estate agent experiences in the past, that were not so great, Miles was refreshing, professional and a genuinely lovely chap. Thank you once again Miles from me and my family.
31st Oct 2022 (3 years ago)Gemma was really great. She was fast to secure visits, negotiate our offer and replied back every time.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I’m extremely grateful for all their help and support throughout my property purchase. Thanks to their professionalism andefficiency. Thank you Martins, thank you Oliver, thank you Amber and thank you Ollie!

They were always very responsive to my emails, kept me updated throughout the process, and proactively helped move everything forward.

I really appreciate their hard work, dedication, and excellent communication. They made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful.

Thank you so much for everything! I would highly recommend their services!
2nd May 2026 (25 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.
27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Bler was professional and reliable. Really pleased with the service and I look forward to working with him and his team again.
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)My experience with ML Estates was absolutely incredible. They were the most helpful and kind agents. Highly recommend them!
5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.
22nd May 2022 (4 years ago)Daniel Haik (agent at Goldschmidt & Howland) ensured an efficient process. He was professional and helpful, and provided regular and clear communication throughout. In fact, all those at G&H that I dealt with were extremely supportive. Thank you Daniel, and team.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Sam Levy for his professionalism and communication. He has been helpful, approachable and attentive, taking the time to ensure that matters were handled efficiently and that I was kept informed along the way. His efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed and I am very grateful.
28th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)very professional estate agency with very friendly staff, they helped me move into my new apartment quickly. I will definitely be coming back here again.

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

One star, and only because zero isn't an option.

I rented through the West Hampstead branch for a year.
For the entire tenancy I repeatedly asked for letterbox keys and never received them. The property manager assigned to my flat changed several times over the year, so there was never anyone accountable and emails routinely went unanswered for weeks.

Checkout was worse. They proposed nearly £1400 in deposit deductions, including charges for pre-existing issues plainly visible in their own check-in report (a missing radiator cap documented as missing before I even moved in), £300 to clear a few small leftover items, and a £360 cleaning charge despite the full photographic record of the clean I provided. Every figure was a round number with no invoice attached.

The law puts the burden of proof for deposit deductions on the agent. This felt like a systematic attempt to monetise the deposit instead. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere.
23rd Feb 2018 (8 years ago)Marvellous place to work
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot recommend Igli Zyko highly enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process.

Igli has gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He is extremely responsive, approachable and always takes the time to answer any questions and keep me updated. What really stood out to me was how genuine and trustworthy he is — you can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients rather than simply making a sale.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Igli, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who is reliable, honest, professional and truly goes the extra mile.

Thank you so much, Igli, for all your help and support. ??

8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Marc at Living Residential. I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.

Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I had a really positive experience finding and renting a property with Dutch & Dutch. Very professional and easy to work with..png)
