From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

They took the time to understand our search requirements and kept an eye on the wider market to send us homes that best fit our profile, saving us time and energy by doing the hard work for us. Also fit us in for weekends and later viewings. Special thanks to Dan Corbett, for all his time and ideas!

7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

The few maintenance needs once we were moved in were handled very efficiently by the property management team. Harry is our contact and has been super - highly recommend using Paramount over the likes of Foxtons and Marsh.

However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.

Everything was clearly communicated from start to finish, and they delivered on every commitment they made.<br>I would especially like to thank Bler for all of the support, understanding, honesty, and professionalism throughout the process. It truly made a difference and gave me complete confidence every step of the way.<br>I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent. 5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.

Despite the difficulties regarding the referencing and all the checks Cassie really did the extra mile to help us get the contract.<br>Thank you very much again, we do really appreciate her help. Our experience with them was by far the best Landlord experience I have ever had.<br><br>They have been supportive and accommodating from the start, without the pressurising atmosphere I have experienced with some agents. Living Residential were professional, supplying us all the relevant documents and information promptly, and happy to advise on any questions or queries. Our referencing was a bit complicated as we had recently lived/worked abroad, but they helped us through the documentation.<br><br>They have been easy to contact throughout our tenancy, responding usually within the hour or at least within the working day. They have been very quick to action to any issues we have experienced, with no hesitation to step in and help.<br><br>I would highly recommend Living residential to anyone looking to rent in this area.<br><br>We felt very well taken care of, which greatly contributed to a wonderful year in the apartment. Thank you very much!
