Called a couple of weeks ago to be told that selling fees are 1% and today I called to check that info is correct and to book a visit. I was told a different story. Fixed rate of 3k. When I pushed for 1% that I was told on my last call but she said they can do 1%but then said there would be additional fees like marketing. An agent that tells different information on each call is not good. Seemed to be cagey about what their fees are too and behaved like I asked her for her own personal bank account number or something.

What can I say, our experience with Frank Innes has been absolutely fantastic. From the first meeting with Kate who explained the process in detail putting my mind at ease. I would also like to say how wonderful Karen was with showing prospective buyers round our property. But our special thanks goes out to Paige, she has been fantastic with constant updates and communication, she has made the moving process so much easier and is a wonderful asset to the team. Had a house viewing scheduled for 14:30, arranged by agent Amber. I drove 30 minutes to get to property, only to receive a call 5 minutes before saying they were running late and waiting for a key.
20 minutes later, I was told there would be a longer delay due to the vendor “breaking down,” and I should consider rescheduling. After all that, I tried calling back—no response, just voicemail—and I’ve had no follow-up since.
Extremely poor communication and planning. Completely wasted my time. Very disappointing experience.

This was my first interaction with an estate agents, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the outset, I felt genuinely heard and welcomed, even with the many questions I had along the way.
Morgan, in particular, went above and beyond. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process to me, setting realistic expectations and timelines throughout. Morgan also recognised when things seemed to be moving slower than expected and didn’t hesitate to step in. At my request, she followed up with the solicitors and helped to prompt action that may have otherwise taken longer to complete.

The day I walked into Frank Innes, I was met by a bunch of very pleasant, welcoming people, from Morgan, Tom, and Mohesha, really friendly and helpful. I have been through the mill just lately and had to cancel a purchase. I was treated with the utmost compassion and respect by all in the office, even though they had, at that time, lost a sale. Nightmare experience with this office when trying to sell a house in Sutton. Told us we had a cash buyer. Only found out through solicitor that we were in a chain when on verge of exchanging contracts, leading to further three-month delay. Then they lost the keys to the house that I’d handed into their office. Claimed they’d never received them. Shocking.

UPDATE. After posting this review yesterday a reply has been posted asking that my friend make contact herself directly. Don't see how this will help as she has made contact herself directly on numerous occasions and has been fobbed off and ignored. You've known about the problems for nearly a year, it's a bit late trying to act like your concerned now.
AVOID Disgraceful attitude to tenants. My friend has been waiting over a year for repairs to be done. Her house is full of damp and mould. She has a leak from her roof and now her heating isn't working. The temperature in her house is 13.9 in October and she can't sleep with being so cold.
She has contacted Frank Innes on numerous occasions and they couldn't care less. Should be ashamed of themselves letting people suffer like this.

Molly was highly professional & ethical, and was a real expert at the house viewings; She gave really succinct tours of the property almost like a rollercoaster, displaying a full palate of tools from comedy - and therefore making me & the viewers both feel at ease - to fantastic overall communication.
Clearly Molly had done her research and knew all the nooks & crannies of the property; she had a big array of answers to questions, knew the local area well, and overall had a colossal aura of wisdom and experience.
She was also highly transparent about the whole process: Molly had kept me updated on the viewings and any potential changes, alongside of making sure the viewing worked in tandem with my own personal-life commitments.
She was also early to every visit, and situated herself so that the viewers knew where to find her.

In fact apart from them actually advertising the property the rest was done by myself, chasing solicitors, talking to the buyers etc. So in effect paid £2000 for an advertisement. I can't explain how nervous I was before selecting Frank Innes. I hate being sold to, and I get very anxious with the 'suited and booted' approach. However the whole team at Frank Innes are so approachable, and they calmed me down really well. We are happy to report that they work so incredibly hard. Our property went on the market on a Tuesday, within a few hours we had 2 viewings booked in. By Thursday less than 48 hours later, we had 5 viewings booked in and at this point it hadn't even gone on right move, and this was just the team passing information on and generating interest. The photographer they sent on the Thursday, and she was lovely and really had a great eye for detail and was enthusiastic about the house being staged properly. The property went on Right Move on the Friday morning, and then the flood gates opened. 24 hours later, we had sold our house! That's 4 days people - 4 DAYS!!! from going on the market to SOLD. I can't thank Frank Innes enough. They are great - don't be nervous about using them, the whole team are just absolutely superb!!
