Yet again we have just completed another successful letting through the Burton Branch of Frank Innes, headed up by Bea Aitken-Robertson. Our property was listed on the Friday afternoon, with viewings arranged for the Monday and under offer that very same day. The whole transaction was entirely smooth and hassle free and completed in less than two weeks! Frank Innes are supporting us with the sale of our house and purchasing our next. Dayne, Alice and Amelia have all been so helpful and friendly. Amelia in particular has been such a great support at helping us stay informed throughout the process. I would recommend using Frank Innes Mansfield branch. I am a first time buyer and has no idea the process of buying your first property in the UK. Eve has been ever so helpful and patient even when I had a thousand questions. Also, during the first viewing as I wasn't able to make it in time she was able to accommodate my family which was nice of her.

Jasmine Chambers was of superb help with my mortgage application. I came to her in quite a hurry, and she was able to help me obtain my AIP swiftly, and then the full mortgage application once my offer was accepted. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and kind throughout the entire application process, and was able to secure me with a great mortgage. I would highly recommend Jasmine and her company to anyone who is looking for a mortgage advisor.
