Pamela is being irresponsible and irresponsive. She ignored us once the contract was signed and never addressed our needs. Many things are not fixed before we moved in and I am very disappointed with Pamela’s service. They are apparently on the landlord side but not the tenants’.

They may be great for landlords but not for tenants. Rented a property from the Baker Street office. 90% of communications over 4 years completely ignored. Staff turn over is massive. Now, 5 weeks after leaving, deposit and overpaid rent still not returned and staff lie about progress. Despite the fact that they are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which says "But if the deposit has not been returned to the tenant within 10 days of the tenant asking for it, any of the parties can ask TDS to resolve the dispute." It appears they won't return deposits or overpaid rent until you make a formal complaint. Which we will now do, having tried anything else.

Avoid at all costs!! they appear friendly at the beginning to take your money, after that, you pretty much have to threaten them to get things sorted during the tenancy as most of the time your emails will be ignored, however, when if they need money from you they won't hesitate to send emails and call you. At the end of the tenancy they will come up with ridiculous charges that make no sense and the only way to get some of it back is through a dispute. Save yourself from the headache of dealing with this greedy and opportunistic agency.

I just sold my flat on Marylebone Road via Frasers and Andrew Asaker from the team went above and beyond expectations. He sold my flat for above market value considering the epidemic situation, and doing so when 2 other agents before him couldnt manage to sell the property. I'll definitely be repurchasing a property with Frasers again and cant be grateful enough for their excellent services.

I spent 1 year living in a apartment provided by Fraser. At the end of the tenancy, they sent me a huge bill for unreasonable expenses. No matter how much you argue about it, even thought you will be 100% correct, they will not budge. Best to avoid such agencies.

Not great experience at all. I could list a bunch of problems but the list would be too long. Before signing any contract was everything perfect. Once you sign the agreement they don’t care anymore. Don’t help you and you need to chase them all the time

BE WARY! Terrible experience - we got absolutely mislead by the agency on several occasions :
1) out of heating for a month and supplied by electric radiators only after 2 weeks in the middle of winter, only to get charged £600 more in electricity bills which we weren’t compensated for.
2) Inventory check at end completely different than at the begenning - including rips and stains which were purposly avoided in the begenning.
3) Charged a check out price of double the industry standard.
4) Never received streightforward answers on any of our queries - to the level where a budged for a broken bed at the £3000pcm flat was only £200 !
5) Specifically be wary of the 26 Artillery Row flat, as both the landlord and the agency tried to rip us off. We decorated the flat ourselves and extended the stay to help the landlord find new tennants only to get charged £110 for not giving back the keys in the morning but in the afternoon.

Awful. Unprofessional. Never use this agency. They will never help you once the deal is made. They will ignore your requests and try to get you to pay for anything that happens during the tenancy. Even if you find a nice property advertised by them, look for another agency that can sell or rent it to you. These are crooks and don't know how to do their job. And we had this confirmed by a number of people who tried to do business with them. Steer clear. Don't give them your deposit in any case.

Very poor service. Absolutely ignored us during the tenancy and the leaving process was a bit of a nightmare. An obstacle race, in fact.
They tried to scam us so many times and in so many different ways that we actually feel very proud of the little amount they were able to hold back from the deposit in the end (and we're fighting for it at the TDS, regardless). And me and my partner are lawyers.
If you decide to enter into an agreement with this people despite this, please review the agreement very carefully. Dodgy sections to be removed before signing are for granted.
