Honestly I’ve moved so many times and was always stressed due to the lack of communication from estate agents. However, Pamela was honestly the best - she message me even out of hours to keep my updated on my reference processing and was extremely helpful. I am looking forward to moving into my new flat and cannot thank Pamela enough for making it such a smooth and trustworthy process.
