I can’t recommend Friend & Farrelly highly enough - if I could give them 10 stars I would. I sold my property through them and they were spot on from beginning to end - really refreshing compared to experiences I’ve had with other agents. Jo and Rob aren’t your ‘typical’ estate agents, they’re honest, straight talking and professional. Our chain was a little bit tricky and they were the ones pushing things along and seemed to get it done with ease. Thanks guys, I’ll be back next time I’m in the market.

I'm a tenant, dealing with Friend & Farrelly was very quick and straight.
I contacted with them by looking at a property on zoopla and asked for online viewing. Within 15min, they shared the video of the flat, which I liked and put the offer. They immediately reached out to the landlord and within 2 hours they had a positive response.
The tentative date to move in was decided and I put the initial deposit in and they started referencing using goodlord which was very easy and quick.
This process can be very daunting and time taking, but Friend & Farrelly made it smooth.
As refurbishing work was in progress at the property as soon as that was done and all the essential certificates were acquired we signed the agreement, which was all online and easy.
During all this, they kept providing the updates.
I'm very happy with how it went.
I highly recommend.

Rob and Jo were great, they were always available on the phone if we had questions and were very supportive throughout. Bear with what will be a lengthy review, but I believe I have had more experience of Rob Farrelly and his business than most people have with any property business! Myself and my family have been going through the worst of all nightmares for a property owner. We have one small flat which we have always rented out but a few years ago, someone moved in who didn’t pay the rent and who wouldn’t move out. Rob joined us on a manage only basis and truly has had to deal with so much more than he signed up to and yet has never mentioned that. He has gone above and beyond for us, appearing in court with me twice, helping us get legal advice, and dealing on our behalf with the tenant. He is a very serious, committed, and knowledgeable professional who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. I’ve been so impressed by his motivation and drive to make his own small business work and that drive makes him a really safe pair of hands for relying on as he takes each client personally. Lastly, I just want to add that the former tenant (who needless to say a court found in breach of contract and ordered an eviction notice for) has made the bad reviews seen here below. Its typical but utterly unjust that such a person might have an effect on Rob and Jo’s business, which they have self made and built up from scratch. These two are wholly trust worthy, honest and professional in our experience.
