Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

We used Gascoigne Pees for our sale and dealt with Linton Paul. We were kept informed every step of the way of the way with regard to marketing and feedback of the viewings. He certainly knew his market and our house was sold within weeks. Highly recommend this company and in particular Linton.

Terrible lousy communication.
Put full asking price offer forward they said they wanted to market the property for a while asked if l would increase my offer “no” would save that till they come back when they had marketed it No EPC available didnt hear another word no call to say is this your final offer calked them to talk to agent he was off next day had call mid afternoon saying property sold to other intrested party

Working with Gascoigne pees, Leatherhead, has been a disappointment to say the least. We bought a house via them last year and were assured the seller was trustworthy and ‘honourable’. It seems they are happy to lie to our faces to get a sale. Since moving in, we have come across so many problems needing money to be pumped into the place to make it habitable (at one point there was water coming through the ceiling!). In addition, the seller has not corrected a number of things he promised to correct prior to the sale. We will not be working with gascoigne pees again and would suggest no one else should either!

Cheers. Made things easy. Helpful agent if you can speak to the right person. Also heard that they go the extra mile in photographing rental dwellings. They deserve to be featured by national papers

If I could give no stars i would. Advised to use Countrywide Convening by them. told my money would be held on account for a year ....18 months later I cant get hold of anyone to repay my money....phone numbers dead or another company, says they cant answer my call....

Having had high hopes and expectations from the really positive valuation meeting, we were quickly disappointed.
We were held to an 8 week contract and, dispite being extremely flexible in our price expectations, viewings were few and far between. One of the negotiators essentially told us they were waiting for people to see our property online.
Given their rates were the highest out of the agencies, we expected them to do more work than posting on Rightmove and Zoopla etc to collect their commission.
To make matters worse, when looking to buy, I had to call multiple times in 1 day to arrange viewings of similar houses having seen them online - the team did not seem to think to recommend the others which could have been suitable, I had to find them myself online.

Our Viewings were arranged by Janet Coulson at the Leatherhead branch and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with! she went beyond the call of duty to ensure a smooth transaction right from the viewing to the sale point. Thank you also to Rachel , who was always so helpful over the phone taking messages and giving us an update where Janet was not available.

After using Gascoigne-Pees three years ago, who concluded a successful
sale for us, I decided to use them again on behalf of my Mother.
I was not disappointed - they took care of all the viewings (thank you Janet), and kept in contact all the way through to a successful sale.
I would definitely recommend them, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

AMAZING! Can’t recommend these guys enough, Matt and his team are so helpful and lovely. We have sold and bought through them recently and I’m really going to miss them all! They have gone above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly. So honest, helpful and found us a lovely property when our previous had fallen through with another agent.
