It has been an absolute pleasure working with Simon, Amelie and the whole Emsworth team throughout the sale of my parents property, and purchase of their new home.<br><br>Simon went above and beyond to spend time in person with my parents, guiding them through the process, and regularly calling with reassuring updates. Tom and the Esher Team provided a great service to help me find and buy my 2-bed flat with a garage near Claygate Parade.<br><br>Finding such a great flat wouldn't have been possible without The Esher Team phoning me to see if I was still looking... Loved the flat.<br><br>Have been in now for 6-month and am very grateful to them both for viewings, managing information flows and getting it over the line.<br><br>Highly recommend using their services!

Whilst looking for houses in the Byfleet area we met with Lucas a few time whilst considering a house they were offering, who I can only describe as a real gentleman. Such a lovely young man, who is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I didn’t end up buying through them but wanted to leave this feedback as it is not often you meet a genuine estate agent who is working hard for both the buyer and seller.

Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

I called into your office yesterday with a few questions about a recently sold retirement property in Bridge Avenue, Maidenhead. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties.
