Jade kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she dealt with everything promptly and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out.

Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!
