Excellent. In these days of 'free' estate agents (where you have to do all the work and know all the tricks yourself), the more traditional form looks on paper to be stupidly expensive. However, it *is* worth it to avoid all the pitfalls of a difficult sale/purchase chain. Cedric (and Jack) at Whites were excellent in many ways and I would highly recommend them. It still took months (due to circumstances beyond their control further down the chain), but at least we didn't have to do it all ourselves - and they kept pushing until it was done.

Recently had a viewing for a property arranged by Jack of the Leatherhead office. I was difficult to contact due to my work schedule but Jack was persistent without being pushy and understanding. As someone selling my house that is what I would want my estate agent to be doing! At the property I was met by Hannah who I was told was new to the team but wouldn't have known this unless told. She was informative and helpful, after the viewing she asked me for my feedback again in a polite low pressure way. All in all very helpful and well recommended!

I chose White and Sons to sell my late brother's flat at random. I had no previous experience of them but had seen their board on other property in the estate. They were courteous and sympathetic throughout. A buyer was found within the first few applicants and they have kept me well informed throughout a rather long process. A reasonable price was negotiated and I accepted their advice quite happily. I imagine the buyer is happy too.

I can't recommend White & Sons, especially Jack highly enough! Selling my flat was far from straightforward, with a painfully slow process caused by my housing association and solicitors who were unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely unproactive. Communication from them was poor, but Jack went above and beyond to keep things moving, and helped us chase them relentlessly and keeping me informed every step of the way.

I found Jack Harrison of the Leatherhead Estate Agents to be most helpful in showing us various properties which may have suited our requirements. He was courteous, kind and thoughtful, shared honestly the pros and cons of each property and did not push us to come to a decision. If he had, it would have put us off using him again.
