I am rating our experience with 5 starts due to the professional, transparent and dedicated work Jessica Blyth-Mallett did! Nowadays it is really rare to came across with a transparent and professional person in the estate agent area...estate agents tend to look into the outcome and a lot of the times do not follow a fair selling process. Jessica was not only transparent but provided all the relevant information you would need when you visit a property. Normally we are left with a lot of unanswered questions without a follow up but she made sure to answer nearly all of them and follow up re a few later on. She made sure we felt ok during the view and that we felt in love with the property. :)... Read more

Unfortunately, my experience with this surveyor was deeply disappointing. When we first moved into our property, we received an aggressive letter from him accusing us of interfering with a right of way—despite the fact that we hadn't even taken possession of the property at that point and had no idea what he was referring to. Later, we approached him for professional help with a valuation report concerning potential diminution in value due to an additional service installation. After meeting in person, he agreed to assist us. However, after a long delay—during which time our prospective buyer became frustrated by the lack of progress—he abruptly refused to proceed, citing a conflict of interest. This conflict was something he should have disclosed upfront, and worse, he failed to even inform us of his decision directly or offer an explanation. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and transparency throughout the entire engagement was extremely poor. Based on our experience, I would not recommend his services.... Read more

Mark Turner has being dealing with a very frustrating purchasing experience for us. Having sveral months ago viewed a property in Kineton we made an offer for it which in principle was agreed by the vendor. In truth our vendors own purchase intentions might best be best described as "vague" Mark regularly attempted to contact the vendor but frequetluy was not responded to Throughout this period Mark was very professional and very comminicative. Always responding to our emails and phone calls speedily, and equally advising us quickly of any contact with / from the vendors. Awful estate agents, lie to cover up mistakes and leave tenants living with defects in the property for example, a ceiling had fallen down from bath and water was running down to the electrics tripping the whole house, the electrics were black from this danger.
