We had a horrible experience with Connells.
We were continuously sent inexperienced agents. Once, we watched one of them walk around the grounds of our flat with a viewer, trying to find the property, as she had no idea where it was. One of the agents arrived in a belly top, late and unprepared.
Agents were often late. When I complained about this, I was told they have a lot of appointments and may be late. This lateness often meant viewers waited far too long for a viewing. It is also shocking that lateness is the norm for them.
As a standard, Connells agents will arrive at your property with viewers and not beforehand, which can be really awkward. I contacted other agents in the area, who advised me this is abnormal for estate agents. I asked this to stop and was made to feel like I was the problem.
I tried to raise concerns about the above and other problems we were having. The branch manager reassured me that she would do the viewings herself, forgot she had said that, then booked the problematic agent back in again.
When we were previously with them to buy, we were continuously cold-called with literally anything they had on and couldn't sell at the time. It got so frustrating we stopped looking. At the time, the viewing we did have was pointless, as the agent was literally playing Clash of Clans on his phone as we walked around..
Just absolute trash. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Selling your home is very stressful at the best of times, but when there’s a deadline to meet it’s even harder.
Chantelle and her team were there for us to take the pressure off. Sandra was always there at the end of the phone booking viewings in and answering our questions, whilst Annabel, who was new to the team did an excellent job of showing our home to potential buyers.
I didn’t realise how closely the agents worked with the solicitors but Chantelle kept us informed throughout the process. We completed our sale before our deadline so are very happy with our outcome and the service provided by Connells in Warwick.

Connells of Warwick offer a first class professional service where everything is customer centred. Presently I am in the process of purchasing a property and from my initial telephone enquiry to viewings and placing an offer it could not have been simpler. The professionalism and friendliest of the staff could not be better. Olivia, who did the initial viewing is a great ambassador for the company. We had an absolute nightmare with our re-mortgage because of our developer’s solicitor not removing the Unilateral Notice from our new build. Because of this, we had to move onto a variable tariff until it was removed. Isabella was on it, even through the festive period, keeping us up to date with what was going on. We’re now sorted on a rate that wasn’t too dissimilar from the offer we would have gone on to if it weren’t for the UN and we’re incredibly appreciative and grateful of all the hard work Isabella did for us. If you are a buyer these people are absolutely dire. I drove 150 miles to view property and they told me they'd phone me while I was in the car to tell me that the viewing had been cancelled but I have no missed call on my telephone so that's a bare-faced lie. So proceed with caution folks, you may well be traveling to view a property for no good reason whatsoever because these people can't be bothered to pick up the telephone it's only the property is no longer available.

Ruben handled our first time house purchase from start to finish in just around 8-9 weeks with the help of our amazing solicitor. A lot of emails back and forth got us to where we are now! With Rubens patience and guidance between us and the vendor. This came just in time before house prices rose again. I am also thankful that Connells were accommodating around viewing times.
We were adamant to make this one work after previous house failures. My mother was very happy we used Connells, as they are reputable around the Birmingham area too even after all these years. We had used another local estate agent known to Warwick but they were so disappointing they met us for a viewing in our lunch break and forgot the keys! They were also unresponsive for days by email which isn’t what you want when both time and money and deadlines are crucial to meet.
I am glad Ruben was always a phone call away, very responsive by email and let me know if he had lots of viewings but during the end of the process he would respond within hours knowing time was crucial.
We had also met a Brummy colleague of his who was so friendly and nice the office itself put me at ease for the time of key collection. Thank you team :)

I got in touch with Connells to sell the property in late May, and the office in Warwick (Amy, James ant the whole team) supported me with excellent level of professionalism - All the initial steps moved with James were clear and very satisfying, helping me to sort out my doubts (I was selling a property for the first time in my life).
Amy in particular has been excellent in managing a complicate situation (I have not been very cooperative, for personal and working reasons which have influenced my life in that period).
Not long later, Connells found a potential buyer, and provided very good support to start the transaction. Amy again was able to manage the interaction between myself and the buyer in a proper manner, even if there were potential conflicts (especially related on dates and timing).
She has been able to manage this not easy transaction (with huge flexibility she provided extra support to resolve an extra issue which was happening just before exchange of the contracts - getting a removal company to support the "pressing requests" of the buyer, while I was out of the country) with very professional skills and make the transaction happening in September.
