I have used GPM since 2015 as a Landlord and for Sales. I have found them to be friendly and Inexpensive in comparison with other local agents. Nothing was ever a problem and if issues arose with tenants these were sorted out on the day or where not possible, within a very short time to the satisfaction of all.. Billy and Janine are consummate professionals and would recommend GPM for Sales and or Lettings as a first choice.... Read more

Gpm property is owned by an arrogant unprofessional individual. He should not be in this industry. Something like a toddlers nursery would be more suitable. Has a tendency to harass people. The owner of this estate agent phoned the landlord of a property above the one his letting agent manages and their employee many many times this morning. He said there was a leak coming from the property above. We managed to get a plumber out at short notice and he confirmed there are no leaks and no possible sources. The plumber further explained that the roof/floor between the flats is concrete and the water could be running along from any of the flats. He stated he was the owner of GPM estate management and was extremely rude on the phone. Not letting us speak and talking over us. The plumber call out charge was £40 and he refused to pay this or any part of it. He also went on talking about prior leaks and intermittent leaks and to check the shower as if the plumber's explanation was not good enough for him. I'm all for supporting local businesses not not those owned by nasty rude people.... Read more
