Absolutely fantastic! From the first visit until sale Stuart and his team were proactive, professional, dedicated and accommodating. The team at SB Property have recently advertised, and successfully secured a sale for me. This is the third property that SB have helped me to sell and I have been extremely impressed with the service offered as always.
Stuart and the team offer straightforward and honest advice to buyers and sellers alike and are always on hand to talk through any queries. As a local firm, they have excellent knowledge of the market and current trends.
I know that Stuart personally showed the property to buyers at short notice to accomodate their schedule, which ultimately paid off, resulting in a happy buyer and a sale concluded to the satisfaction of all involved.

Had Stuart and the team at SB Property during a let and a sale. Always professional with high standards. Was fair and honest with tenants making sure the property was well looked after and ensured landlords were informed of maintenance work. This was in total contrast to other big "bureaus" in the area that I'd used previously and who constantly let me down, blaming each other when things went wrong, waiting days for a callback while the property was empty and even asking once if I could do a viewing myself because they had a party one Saturday to go to. Since switching to SB Property I've been treated with respect and they wasted no time in finding a tenant/buyer and ensured the property was only unoccupied for the minimum time necessary. I appreciated that the lovely office team, including Eleanor, were always only ever a phone call away and could answer any questions I had. Having someone I could trust to look after my home was a big worry while I was away with work but SB Property took care of everything. Throughly recommended above other agents in Dunbartonshire.

SB Properties have been letting out my flat for over 10yrs. They are all just a lovely team. They deal with everything for me - from advertising the let, screening tenants, getting references, dealing with the latest legal bits, signing tenancy contracts, etc. They also inspect the property regularly to make sure it’s being maintained and advise me on what essential works needs done. They take all the telephone calls relating to flat problems and tenant issues. Stuart also organises good quality workmen and deals with that side of things for me. It works really well and I cannot recommend SB highly enough - I would not let out a flat any other way!!

Stuart was very realistic when valuing our house, his knowledge of sales prices in todays market was excellent, meaning we got what he valued the house at to the penny in the open market
He was friendly and helped us a great deal in other ways that were above his remit as our estate agent
The girls in the office were always ready to listen to any problems and solve them or tell you how to solve them
All in all a great part of the stress in buying and selling a house was removed as Stuart and his staff took part of the burden
I would recommend SB properties to anyone, and allow them to take part of the stress away
As a foot note they are also amongst the cheapest commision of all the estate agents in the area

In response to your reply that took place 13 months after I left my original review. My review of 1 star is completely fair. I was led to believe that the property was ready to be let to me and after paying my deposit and first months rent, signing all forms and providing everything you requested, filing my notice with my previous landlord and in the beginning stages of packing belongings from my previous tenancy I was told that there was a change and the property was not available to me any longer. Luckily in this instance I was not left homeless with a young child thanks to a supportive family however if this was not the case we could have very well been on the street. These details were intentionally left out of my original review however your response denying there was any wrongdoings is misleading to any future customers.

When selling our property, Stuart and the team couldn’t have done any more to make the whole process easy and straight forward. We needed to rent a property as we sold quickly and didn’t have another property lined up so Stuart again stepped in to help, sourcing a somewhere that suited us until we found something permanent. Having used sb estate agents twice now I can’t recommend them high enough very professional efficient and really go the extra mile nothing is too much bother and they really go out of their way to sell your property wouldn’t use anyone else in the area they can also recommend solicitors ect so it take a lot of stress out of the selling process

I have used SB property for both their property management services and then as an estate agent.
As a property manager they were exceptional. I never had to worry about the quality of tenet they provided or I'd the rent would be paid. They managed all changeover efficiently and with little effort from me. As legislation changed they were on hand to offer the knowledge and expertise that meant I didn't have to worry about.
As an estate agent I felt my business was valued and my property sold the first week it went on sale at my asking price. I've used other estate agents in the past. I was never happy with the photos taken and felt that they were only interested in the up front fee. I actually discovered SB Property because I viewed a property they were representing and bought it. I was impressed with the way Stuart conducted himself representing his client and knew that's what I wanted when selling my property. It proved to be the right choice.
Professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do with a personal service. Can't recommend enough.
