Just a great experience from start to finish. Tom was always available and so professional throughout. We had some challenges with the initial sale falling through but Tom and GTH were consistently so helpful and considerate. In the end it felt like we were friends which I think is a testament to the relationship built!

Selling your house can be stressful so choose your estate agent wisely! Tom @ GTH is fantastic, he sold our house in Weston Super Mare. There's always a lot of uncertainty with buyers, but Tom's transparent & excellent communication made the process as good as it can be. We're moving locally, and if we need to sell again we'll absolutely be going straight back to GTH.

Tom showed us the home we went on to buy and we thought he did such a good job that we used him for our sale too! We looked at other homes where the agents couldn't answer any questions about the properties we were looking at and they rushed us around with 10 minute appointments.
Tom was always generous with his appointment viewing timings and we wanted that for our buyers too, hence selecting him for the sale
Tom was brilliant at keeping everything in the chain moving and he made a really stressful experience less so with his frequent and timely communications

Tom from GTH has been absolutely amazing! As first time buyers we did not know what to expect, Tom has been so helpful and guided us through the process. We fell in love with a property and without Tom's hard work and efforts we probably wouldn't have got it! Although the sale is now going through Tom is still very much involved and keeps us updated with everything we need to know. His communication is exceptional and he is always available on the phone. Tom acted on behalf of the sellers and we were the purchasers.
He was remarkably skilled in his dealings with us striking the right balance between assisting us practically and understanding what an emotional process house buying can be. He was patient, informative and caring in his approach.
I cannot speak to the sellers experience but for us he was the only person in the whole process, from beginning until beyond completion, who offered us good counsel and is clearly extremely experienced. GTH should be glad to have him their employ.

I would highly recommend GTH. Tom was professional, thoughtful and helpful throughout the process of selling our family home. In addition to phone calls and emails, the WhatsApp group chat he set up was an efficient way for the family to communicate with him, and responses to any questions were always timely and informative. Other members of his team were equally helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was really considerate of our family’s wishes.
Tom was great in ensuring the process with our buyers ran smoothly.
