Grove Properties have been amazing. When they came to value they had knowledge of all the other Properties in the area that had been sold and they gave me a print out comparable property guide detailing it all. They gave me a history of house prices and an ariel guide of the property. I felt like they had done their homework before they even arrived. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. They have kept me well informed of viewings by telephone and email. I cannot fault them. I would definitely recommend Grove Properties

Don’t waste your time — constantly having to chase them, empty promises, and they never get back to you. Alex will promise you the world and deliver absolutely nothing. He talks a good game but disappears when it’s time to follow through. If you value your time, sanity, or money, avoid this agency entirely.

Grove have sold 2 properties for me in the last 10 months. Both have been totally stress free and Grove went above and beyond to get loads of viewings and lots of offers on the properties. I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else to market a property. 5* company!

The property we were selling was not ideal, a bungalow which has 23 steps leading to it! Lex Allen Grove were very positive about marketing the property & did an excellent pre market launch.
They always kept us informed and advised us along the way.

After 12 weeks the house was still not sold with only 2 scheduled viewings (one of which was a no show). Relisted the house with Bloore King and Kavannah on 3rd November and had 3 viewings in the first week and then an average of 2 viewings a week after that. Bloore King Kavanagh sold the property in 4 weeks and were professional and helpful throughout.
