Sold properties

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.

Why sellers compare this branch on GetAgent

GetAgent tracks the sale-listing activity of estate agent branches across the UK from publicly observable data, independently of the agents themselves. Home sellers in Braintree Town Centre use it to compare haart with other local agents on observed activity, time to sale and customer reviews, rather than on advertising.

The figures on this page — sale listings observed, average time to sale, % of asking price achieved and customer review score — are calculated by GetAgent from that observed data and are updated as new activity is recorded.

Frequently asked questions

GetAgent publishes observed data rather than rankings, so sellers can judge for themselves: GetAgent has observed 113 residential sale listings from this branch over the last six months, and it holds an average review score of 4.2 out of 5 from 6 reviews on GetAgent. Comparing these figures with other Braintree Town Centre agents is the most reliable way to decide.
