I would like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to David for the absolutely brilliant service he provided during the viewing of the property. Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. If anyone deserves bonus points, it’s definitely David! ?????? Brilliant work, David — you were absolutely amazing!
I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with.
It’s clear that HAART has some fantastic people working for them. Both David and Jaake have been outstanding, and it’s lovely to experience such great customer service from a team that genuinely seems to care.

What can I say, Ellie Farnsworth has been fantastic since the get go, was so impressed with the house viewing she took us on, she was so informative - from us putting the offer in and her going through every step thoroughly I couldn’t be more impressed. Ellie is a credit to Haart! Thanks again ! X

We met Amber at the weekend for a 2nd viewing of a property we are buying.We wanted to measure up certain areas and check a few things out.Amber was very patient with us while we did this. She was very friendly and professional. A great asset to your team.

I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

They are great at being proactive with selling your property. They don’t rely purely on online advertising. They have a database of prospective buyers. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
