Viewing at 191 West Point was flawless. Courtney took us through everything we needed to know about the property and about the HAART property portfolio, which was really helpful, as it broadened our search options. Very disappointed.
My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident.
Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions.

They are great at being proactive with selling your property. They don’t rely purely on online advertising. They have a database of prospective buyers. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
