I had the pleasure of speaking to Charlotte through the whole of my moving process and finding the right property for myself.
Charlotte was very helpful and always there when I needed her to explain a few processes in more detail as I struggle to understand things unless they are properly explained and Charlotte was more than happy to help me with this and she is always patient with me as well. Will definitely recommend her if any of my friends are looking for any places to rent or buy in the Colchester area.

I have used Haart property lettings for a number of years now and have always found the team to be honest, helpful and quick to resolve any problems. Julie Grace always goes above and beyond and the team including Alison, Holly and Gabrielle are professional and friendly.
As a first time landlord they have made the task of renting a property much easier and taken some of the worries I had about letting. A great team!

I like to show my appreciation to Samantha Beyers at Colchester lettings for her prompt service regarding a water tank overflow problem at our property. Her immediate action in contacting a Contractor probably prevented a flood. She also responded quickly to my request by email from the contractor for a full and clear description of the problem and future required repair/replacement.
