10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Really great viewing experince with Joshua! Very easy to discuss options with him. Would reccomened!
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)The company is well-established and has an all-round service to offer. Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.
2nd Jun 2023 (3 years ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Always had prompt and polite service from Palmers and Partners.
I would say that as property agents they go the extra mile and keep their clients best interests at heart.
I would not hesitate to recommend all of the staff there fir their attention to detail and efficiency.
Miss S. J. Green.

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with Samantha Beyers, my Property Manager. She’s always so friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever I have an issue. She recently helped arrange for my oven to be sorted, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you, Samantha, for your great service and support! ??????
31st Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very good agent
11th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)From start to finish we received professional advise but also some personal service we cannot recommend Michael’s enough - a special mention to Ollie for always reaching out and ensuring we were still ok and for the whole team at the Colchester for finding us the perfect buyer - Thank you all!

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I used leaders for my rental property. Chloe and Sofia were so helpful. Very quick to answer the phone and deal with any queries. They managed to bring forward the move in date to work around my work which was very helpful.
22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Kane was very helpful for setting up are rented property. All questions and queries were dealt with very quickly, highly recommended.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.
Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.
I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.
Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!
Very low moral standards of all the staff here
2nd Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault the service I have received from Elms Price. They have been so professional and communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the viewings were completed by the agent. Andrew, Daryl and Cheryl were always contactable and kept me fully informed of progress. I totally recommend this company.
20th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)From day one, the whole experience has been smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. The team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and we’ve always felt like we were being taken seriously and looked after. Moving in was straightforward, and the communication throughout our tenancy has been excellent. It’s rare to find a letting agency that feels this organised and genuinely cares about its tenants, but Ezelet absolutely delivers. We’ve felt supported throughout and really appreciate the high level of service. We would happily recommend Ezelet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency! More power Ezelet.
2nd May 2025 (1 year ago)More of a letting agent than an estate agent
19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I can highly recommend the services i received from Greenwood’s and their representatives, Andrew and Beth, they were both extremely helpful and quick in answering any questions, friendly and professional, excellent service.

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I asked Chloe in the Colchester branch to do a valuation of my flat in Colchester. I was very impressed with her efficiency and her robust report writing of her observations. I cannot fault her service and would highly recommend Abbotts of Colchester to friends.
1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Connells provided an excellent service throughout the process even helping unravel some legal questions marks we had even though it was not their responsibility.
Polite friendly and willing staff who always turned up for viewings as planned (Not all of them do!!)
Highly recommended
