Very efficient and effective, good knowledge of the local market. Valuation was the same as the other two agents we looked at. Very good photographs and description. Sold in 2 days at the asking price. Excellent communication from Nathan throughout.

They valued my property and gave a price range. They then advertised my property at the lower point in the range without my explicit agreement. This made getting the best price difficult.
I also did my own viewings because the small print in the contract stated that they would accept no liability for loss or damage incurred during a viewing.
The person who valued the property had a great sales pitch. Unfortunately, my experience did no match the sales pitch.
