20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Never ONCE has a complaint been resolved on time. They claim that they'll get back to me, then I wait weeks without a response despite multiple follow up emails and calls. Sometimes I wait all day in my flat for someone to come in and fix the problem but they never come as promised. Will avoid this agency at all cost from now on

It went smoothly and without any of the frustrations I was told that I will experience. Everyone was always professional, friendly and responded in a timely fashion to any questions I had.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.

Our focal point Sophie was always really responsive, any issues were fixed quickly and Sophie would always let us know in advance if they needed to pop round to check something or facilitate a viewing. No hesitation at recommending others to rent properties from this estate agents.
