Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell. ... Read more
