I have had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Hackett for about 5 years. They are truly the gold standard when it comes to estate management and they always addressed issues in a prompt manner.
Nick Maund was the managing agent i dealt directly with over the 5 years and he always brokered the tenant-landlord relationship excellently and looked after our individual interests. Nick is solutions-driven, an excellent communicator and constantly kept me informed on all issues. I highly recommend Hackett to both landlords and tenants if you want a smooth tenancy with no drama!

Nick helped me get my first apartment in London. After reading horror stories of how agents treat tenants, I was very apprehensive in the beginning, but Nick turned out to be a great agent and person. He was always friendly and helped in getting any issues resolved at the earliest. He was very understanding and professional - always quick to respond in case of any issues. My whole experience with him was very smooth. He even went out of his way to help us get our next apartment on a short lease.
The only suggestion I have for Nick is that sometimes his emails can sound rude - but since I know him in person, I know he is a sweet chap and is not being rude; it is just his style. So may be that can use an improvement.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Hackett and Nick to everyone.

Nick and the team at Hackett's are quite simply the best letting and managing agents! As a private tenant in unfurnished properties for over 15 years, Hackett's are by far superior in every way - from responsiveness, efficiency, speed and general level of exemplary customer service. Upon viewing this property (my current residence) nearly seven years ago, the team were friendly and professional throughout and Hackett's competence was clearly apparent at every stage of the process. As a tenant of nearly seven years, we have obviously encountered various issues at the property - all of which have been imminently and swiftly resolved, often exceeding and surpassing all expectations. Over previous years I have dealt directly with landlords, and also solely with agents, however this is by far the most professional outfit and most excellent tenant experience. After the pandemic lockdowns, I was keen to move home for a change of scenery - however I am so happy with the excellent level of Hackett's service that I have decided to stay in my current property! Thank you to Nick and all his team!
