We first met Penny last year when we were considering putting our house on the market. Penny was extremely knowledgeable about Haddenham properties and the house market, this gave us confidence that she would sell our house. We put our house on the market last week and Penny sold our house after 5 days on the first and only viewing. Penny has been amazing in helping us find our new home in Haddenham. After a deal fell through she found us what ultimately became our new house within days (and possibly more what we wanted than the first one!). Since then despite issues with the house, Penny has gone above and beyond to keep things ticking along and helping to get the deal over the line. Had it been another agent, I’m not sure we’d have the keys now. If we ever needed to sell I’d go straight back to Penny to market it.

Andy took the time to understand our needs and preferences and was able to show us the perfect house before it even went on Rightmove.
Throughout the conveyancing process, Penny was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, chasing up solicitors and keeping us informed about every development.
The whole team were great to deal with and we will definitely be giving them a call if we ever decide to move.

Having family in the village just adds to that welcoming feel, but even beyond that, she’s just the sweetest, kindest person. And at the same time, she’s brilliant at what she does!
