I had no property viewings and ended the contract. Communication was poor, with promised weekly updates not being made and the excuses for not being able to generate interest in my house were ridiculous. For example my village doesn't have a train station! Not proactive in anyway, asking me for suggestions as to what they could do, to do their job. Expected the online platforms to do all the work....
