Great service from these guys when selling a house in bare. We decided to go for a genuinely local firm having had no look with the first estate agent we used. Hayley gave an honest appraisal which we liked. Hayley and Sam got more viewings in the first week then the previous company got in 3 months. We accepted an offer within a couple of weeks and the sale has now gone through. Can’t recommend enough!!! We had totally lost all confidence in estate agents and subsequently lost a previous sale. We asked Hayley round to value and warmed to her immediately, she is open friendly and totally honest with her valuations. What a complete contrast to our previous experience, with Hayleys Team we had immediate updates from viewings and updates from interested parties . Once sold we had weekly updates on the chain and found that other parties in our chain were also relying on Hayleys Team for their information even though with competitor agents. Selling your home is stressful. Hayley Baxter understands this and took the trouble to visit rather than dealing with me online. I felt that her suggested asking price was realistic and that she would take a personal interest in finding a buyer. Two viewings before the property even appeared online and since there was a lot of interest the buyer offered a higher price. It's all still subject to contract but they sound like people who will enjoy living in our home.... Read more

Would definitely recommend Hayley! Me and my partner fell for this gorgeous flat, however our application got declined just because we never had a credit card, everything else was perfect, this was our first proper home. Despite the fact it came back declined she pushed for us and we still got the flat! If I had gone to any other estate agent and my application came back declined that would be the end of the process, but it wasn't with Hayley! The whole process was so quick and we were in the property within a week! I will definitely be going back to Hayley in the future, and couldn't reccomdend such a friendly, welcoming estate agent like herself!... Read more
