Extremely poor estate agent, almost impossible to view properties in their portfolio. We tried our best to view a property that we were interested in but they just don’t seem accommodating. You can’t sell houses if you don’t let anybody look around! This is why independent individuals and internet companies are monopolising the market, they generally take a much lower percentage and work out of hours to get houses sold.... Read more

MB's Lancaster team helped me sell my deceased mum's property in Heysham and they were thoroughly professional in all my dealings with them. Communication channels were kept open all the way through the process which was really helpful as I didn't live in the area. Lauren and David were great but Andrea gets a special mention for an exceptional level of service. You may find a cheaper agent in the Lancaster/Morecambe area but I doubt you will get the quality of service. I have no hesitation in recommending MB.... Read more
