From the start they made everything clear, answered every question, and always kept us in the loop. Even though our house was particularly difficult to sell — through no fault of theirs — they stayed calm, tackled every challenge constructively, and never let setbacks derail progress. Their determination, patience, and steady approach made a process that’s often stressful feel surprisingly manageable — and even a bit enjoyable!

We had a great experience with Cerys at Entwistle Green from start to finish. Selling a house is never exactly stress-free, but Cerys made the whole process feel organised, proactive and under control.
Her communication was excellent — always quick to respond, clear in her advice, and honest about where things stood. She kept everything moving, chased when needed, and handled the inevitable bumps professionally without drama.
What really stood out was that she genuinely cared about getting the right result for us, not just getting a deal over the line. That makes a big difference.

It seems they are great if you are selling your house, but they certainly aren't from a buyers point of view. The seller wanted a quick sale so we managed to push it through in 6 weeks. We had one specification and that was for the property to be emptied of all the rubbish and furnishings. We had confirmation from Entwistle Green as the solicitors for the seller and also as the Estate Agent, that the property was cleared. On arriving to the property, is is still full of the previous owners furnishings and all the rubbish has either been placed inside cupboards or in the garage (which is full, head to toe with belongings). Nothing has been removed from the property. On contacting the estate agents, they've told us it's not their problem (despite having email confirmation from them, that it was empty) and it will now have to be sorted through the solicitors (of which they are, on behalf of the seller) unfortunately, they are absolutely rubbish and impossible to get hold of, even by our own very good solicitor and they are telling us we now have to ring a certain person and arrange it directly with them. Conveniently, I can't get hold of this recommended person either. It's an absolutely disgusting way to treat first time buyers and not hold any accountability or offer to help solve the problem, when Entwistle Green confirmed twice, that the property has been emptied. We are unpaid leave this week to move into out first new, family home together and instead we've spent all week trying to chase Entwistle Green, to no avail. We've had no income and not managed to move any of our stuff into the property. Absolutely DO NOT recommend doing any business with them.....unless you're a seller, of course.

Janice has been so patient & helpful facilitating our numerous visits to the new property for measuring up etc, and following up any snagging queries we had. Cerys is an absolute credit to Entwistle Green - she is so friendly, always kept us up to date, and I have no doubt is one of the only reasons our purchase was able to go through. It was a long process and we were reaching the end of our mortgage offer, and the end of our patience with waiting for almost 6 months, and if it hadn't been for Cerys keeping us up to date and actually pushing for the sale to proceed, I genuinely think we would've given up. The staff at the Entwistle Green Morecambe branch, especially Jadine Rigg, have been very supportive, responsive and professional in marketing and selling my property during very challenging times of Covid-19 safe-guarding measures. The branch staff are always helpful, informative and responsive, and Jadine thankfully always maintained positive and calm assurances at times of conveyancing anxieties. This is just the kind of local, friendly and professional service needed to help ensure successful marketing of properties in the local area. I highly recommend. The conveyancing service offered by the parent group Countrywide was not a good idea, as this service is based in Manchester, and was remote and impersonal. I recommend staying local with Entwistle Green local branch staff who are well connected to the local service network.

My husband and I have just bought our first home through Entwistle Green and Countrywide, the mortgage advisor Magda is absolutely amazing, she had a mortgage sorted for us in a matter of days. All the staff are so lovely and down to earth and never had any issues with answering questions- and there were a lot of questions!
We found our perfect home and I know for a fact they all worked incredibly hard on getting our purchase completed as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to get themselves on the property ladder!

Best and most professional agents In Morecambe too sell your house with . I dealt with Jadine who looked after my sale and she made the whole experience stress free . They sold my house within 3 weeks and I couldn’t recommend Jadine and E.G enough.

I have just moved house and used Entwistle Green in Morecambe to sell my house. Although moving house has been very stressful the staff have been very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and it only took a couple of months to get a buyer in this hard market. Good job!!!!
