When my tenant left I was shocked at the poor state of the property . The problems with this bungalow were obviously happening for a long time (mould growing and leaks) and tenant did not look after the property. I don’t blame the tenant, I blame the company I religiously paid every month to look after things for me.

Highly Recommend!
We rented with Hazells for almost 3 years and could not fault them whatsoever. Repairs carried out in a timely manner and the customer services received from all we spoke to was nothing but professional. We were due to move previously however it fell through and with only two weeks of our tenancy remaining Hazells understood our situation and allowed us to extent without hesitation.
They really look after their tenants and for that reason we would happily use them again. Thanks again Hazells!

From the first conversation with Andrew , we have found him amazing. All our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, communication has been excellent throughout. We viewed the property and fell in love straight away. We told Andrew we had a very tight turn around time to move and within a few weeks we were in. The property had been completing redecorated from top to toe, cleaned to an high standard and everything we asked to be looked at was done. The team at Hazells have been absolutely brilliant.

We approached Hazells after initially engaging one of their competitors to lease out a commercial property. In 9 months, that agent failed to provide anything of value to us.
I am delighted to say that within 2 weeks with Hazells, they found us a tenant and within 2 weeks of that, it has been signed sealed and delivered.
Richard was very helpful and diligent, and I would not hesitate to recommend Hazells. I'd avoid their orange friends though.

Had a great experience with Hazells! We found our house on Rightmove and worked with Andrew from Hazells for this particular property. He was very kind and genuinely honest about the pros & cons of our house, which we really appreciated.
As Americans, we really weren’t sure how the renting process would work out here, but it was a very similar experience to what we were used to in the states. We also really appreciated Andrew’s willingness to answer all of our random questions about the property that were different from what we are used to as well.

I would rent from these fine people again. In a world full of money grabbing thieves in an industry filled with shiny suited children who see your deposit as an end of tenancy bonus this excellent company provides a fair service and allows for a pleasant enjoyment of your home. I should imagine they are equally exceptional if you are looking to rent or sell your home. I cannot speak highly enough of them as individuals and as a company. Thank you Hazells from all my family.
