We’ve had our property up for sale with Oakhart Bury st Edmund’s since July 2025. We have only had 3 viewings all of which we have done ourselves as no agents have been available to do the viewings. The photos of the property are great but I had to ask for them to be rearranged as they were not in order and had just been uploaded with a generic listing description when the property was first listed. The communication with Andrew (the agent dealing with the sale of our home) has been extremely poor, we are constantly given excuses on new builds and incentives being offered as an excuse for why we aren’t getting anyone through the door or getting any interest in the property. I would recommend doing some more research into estate agents before choosing Oakhart.... Read more

Oakheart have been nothing short of excellent! We negotiated a fixed fee before instruction which was very competitive. Kelly and the team have been fantastic, friendly and professional at every stage, from getting our house on the market and sold within a week, then keeping us informed as things progressed, chasing things up for us (which there was quite a lot of!). Even when we had a last minute issue requiring a survey, Kelly was on it, managed to find us a surveyor who could come out the same day! I cannot recommend Oakheart enough, they are great!...
