We were really happy with Henton Kirkman and Ellie in particular, who made everything so easy. Tim clearly knew the area incredibly well and the communication was fantastic. We were impressed throughout the whole process. Firstly when Tim came round and clearly took the time and consideration to value the property at a reasonable amount, without simply comparing to other houses nearby. He came round to value the house and then took the photos on the same day and had it on the market a couple of days later. He then returned to retake some photos for no extra charge a few weeks later. Ellie looked after everything from the point of offer and was constantly one step ahead and had dealt with things before we even asked. Again, she was responsive and let us know what was happening throughout and liaised with the solicitors when needed. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in Billericay or nearby. They were miles ahead of other bigger chain estate agents.... Read more
