I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door... Very poor, never updated us, hardly any viewings when another agent was sending people to look. Ditched Quirks eventually and went elsewhere, rubbish service! Wish they were more like the wickford office who are so much more helpful!... Read more
