I approached Holders when I already had my property on the market for a while. Rebecca from Holders was very professional and gave me a really positive response and was absolutely convincing for me to go ahead with them.
This was the best decision I made - within days I had high quality photos and videos up on their site and social media. The overall service from holders was really professional, always extremely responsive and crystal clear communication - always one step ahead in explaining what happens next - chasing up any parties. Very fair and really friendly to deal with.
Their whole team was fantastic and very hardworking - They managed to generate interest very quickly also suggested the right price point and got my property sold with absolute minimum hassle for me - and all this - while I was abroad.
I can’t recommend them enough and would say it has been the best estate agent experience I have had. Absolutely wonderful.

Very unwelcoming behaviour of the staff, they treated me like a begger entered their office. They didn’t even greeted and offered a seat to me while themselves remained seated and asked for my details. I felt like going out from the office as quickly as possible. Estate agents do not have a strong reputation in the UK but Rebecca and the team at Holders are on a mission to change this. Rebecca has designed a process that is effective and thorough and then her team execute flawlessly. Whilst it is not possible to mitigate for other parties that are incompetent or disingenuous, the team constantly drive the whole process and provide perfect communication. We successfully sold two properties through Holders in a relatively short space of time and I cannot overstate how impressed we were and grateful for an excellent job. Selling my flat hasn’t been the easiest of rides – we’ve had a few bumps along the way and some delays with the solicitors (which was nothing to do with the agents). Luckily, the team at Holders were all over it from start to finish.
They were proactive, kept in constant contact, and always chased things up without me having to ask. I’ve dealt with a lot of agents in the past, but Kathryn, Katie, Millie, Miranda, and Ben really stood out for their dedication and persistence in getting this sale over the line.

Holders were fantastic throughout. From Sally who showed me around the property initially being by far the most knowledgable estate agent about the property she was selling I had come across. To the whole team who talked me through the whole process from start to finish setup a WhatsApp group to send me updates and allowed me to ask questions at any point. The house I was selling was my late fathers and was through probate. Holders were fantastic from start to finish. The initial buyer couldn't get a mortgage and when Rebecca looked into it she found that the EPC was totally incorrect and as she is qualified to do these herself she immediately did another and although the original buyer still couldn't get the mortgage Holders persevered and finally got it sold. It was a constant battle with solicitors and conveyancers and even though they were told not to chase things up they did and I truly believe if it hadn't been for Holders chasing things we wouldn't have completed and exchanged before the new Inheritance Tax deadline!! I would highly recommend this company, they are efficient, friendly, with excellent communication and marketing procedures. The use of social media and the enthusiasm they portray are just some of the qualities that make them a success!!

Let’s start by saying I can wholeheartedly recommend Holders. The entire experience with them from start to finish was incredibly easy and streamlined.
We got 3 companies in to value our house, and it was clear from the minute Rebecca walked in and took her shoes off without even asking that she has a level of care and consideration that we hadn’t seen so far in our experience with other Estate Agents. Her enthusiasm whilst looking round our home was really welcome, and it only took a look between my husband and myself after she’d left for us to know that Holders was who we wanted.
From there, the team worked hard to get our photos done (which were superb and truly showed our home for what it was) and listing up in super quick time as we’d already found a house we wanted.
Most contact with the Team is via WhatsApp, and let me tell you, having all of the information in one thread that’s really easy to go back through is a flipping godsend when you’re dealing with terrible convoluted and mismatched email threads with everyone else involved in buying and selling houses ????.
Our house sold in a smidge over two weeks, and we were able to get the house that we had originally seen and wanted. From there, communication with the Team was fantastic, always keeping us updated on things from their side, and chasing up where necessary with our solicitors (LPL, who were a nightmare) to try and keep things moving in a timely manner. While that certainly proved difficult (again, our solicitors were a nightmare) Holders were super good at keeping our Buyers in the loop so everyone knew where they stood.
The whole process of house sales is a stressful one, we all know that, but Holders were the breath of fresh air that we very much needed during it all, and I genuinely can’t recommend them enough. If we ever decide to sell again, 100% we will be going with Holders.
I wanted to say thank you to everyone who dealt with us in the Team, from Rebecca to Sally, Ben and Miranda, you all made us feel like a priority and that we definitely weren’t just another pay check. Thank you all for bringing personality and humanity to this experience, we truly appreciate your efforts.

From my initial meeting with Rebecca, I found her to be punctual, very personable and enthusiastic.
I decided to use Holders as its Rebecca's own business and rightly believed therefore that she would be more conscientious and proactive in marketing my property. Particularly important as we live some distance away so left viewings etc to Rebecca and Ben. Holders listed my property promptly with accurate and descriptive particulars and great photographs. They sold my property STC quickly and the sale has gone through in 12 weeks. Very responsive and great communication throughout. A pleasure to deal with.

In selling our late mothers house we considered three Loughborough estate agents. The initial telephone contact with Rebecca at Holders was superior to the other two and Rebecca was the only one who didn’t change either the person inspecting or the day/time of inspection.
Having seen all three agents Rebecca’s market knowledge was the best. In addition, Holders proposal was significantly more modern than the others with online marketing and use of social media to build interest being major parts of the marketing strategy. This complimented more
traditional methods such as a For Sale Board and property particulars.
We were advised of all viewings beforehand, they were carried out in person by Rebecca or Ben and feedback was provided the same day. All offers were reported within a very short time of being
received and their advice in drawing the offers together was excellent.
Once an offer had been accepted Rebecca was proactive in liaising with the purchasers, our solicitors and us. When we needed to contact Rebecca or Ben one of them was generally available and when
this wasn’t the case they would either call back or message quickly.
Some of the other agents have large teams and consequently multiple people dealing with an instruction. Personally I don’t like this and thankfully it wasn’t the case with Rebecca and Ben. They are a small team who brought real professionalism energy and enthusiasm to our instruction.
We have no hesitation in recommending Holders.

I sold my house in Loughborough and this would have been so much more difficult as I lived over 2hrs away but Rebecca and the team made it totally possible and the sale was completed in July 2023. Both Rebecca and Ben at Holders have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble and as soon as I needed to ask a question etc they came back to me straight away. I have brought and sold a few properties over the past few years and it can often be really stressful. I have to say that I have never had such a high level of service from any other agent and have already recommended them to others.
