Jodie and her team was very quick , efficient, friendly and helpful whenever a issue or question i contacted them with. Each time a solution or engineer was sent to fix any problems that occurred quickly and with constant communication with updates. To all at Bentons melton mowbray branch i Thank-you all very much. He kept us posted on all updates and went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly.Regular phone calls between us both which he never failed to answer. Don’t think I’d have managed without his help .A massive thank you to you .
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Ali is the shining star at bairstow. He phoned, chased and helped however he could throughout the whole process. Can't fault Bairstow at all, only issue we had was with the conveyancers they recommended, but issues were escalated through their internal contacts at least.

From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. It's made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting. If you’re buying or selling, I’d definitely recommend HoldenCopley.
