16th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I wanted to view a property and was asked to fill out a detailed form with references just to view a property. This goes against the Data Protection Act 2018. I don't mind if it's just about me, but when I have to give details about others just to look and I might not even like the property, I'm sorry but I disagree with this practice. No other agency does this. When I phoned just to double check this today 20/10/2026, the woman that I spoke to put the phone down on me. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Thereafter there was virtual silence save for a call on completion day to say that the keys had been handed over to the buyer. No after sales communication. Not even a thank you for using their services which I found disappointing.
