I have used this agency a few times over the past few years (bought my house through them and they have helped me find tenants) and have only good things to say about them. They have always been professional, friendly and responsive. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past few years and these have really stodd out in a positive way!

Utterly disgusted by how we were treated by the agency. We were given false promises and inaccurate information before signing up and getting the keys. They made us sign, in good faith, documents containing false information. Never sign anything that you have not verified yourself or even better.. just stay away. We had to unwind the contract hours after signing up as there was no intention to even try to effectively rectify the situation on their behalf. Instead they just kept re-negotiating things that had already been agreed at least one month in advance. They simply don't value prospective tenants as customers. We lost every trust and prefered to be left "homeless". Marlene, the employee who dealt with us initially did her absolute best to be helpful and this was very much appreciated however we ended up in this total mess all because of the manager.

Rude, ignorant and obnoxious staff.
A snotty blonde woman came to value the house We live in, walked round the house for five minutes whilst persistently speaking to me like she had a problem. Same woman came to take pictures of the house to put up for sale, clearly didn’t respect anything as again she spoke with and attitude towards me. She almost let my cat out as she photographed the back yard and when I requested her to shut the door and not let the him out, she ignored me. I asked her to let me know when she photographed certain rooms as I wanted to move the clutter out of these but she also ignored this request. She had no respect for being in our home, she was intrusive and clearly just didn’t care.
Would not recommend, poor customer service.
EDIT: This is not a fake review, maybe you have no record of this as the property is rented to myself and my partner by a private landlord and the landlords are selling with yourselves I mean, you're not going to have the tenant on record if you're not selling directly for the tenant are you? What's even more of a joke is that you claim the is a fake review without even digging or trying to find/resolve the matter which again points out that your customer service skills are terrible.

The girls at Home Estates did a fantastic job selling my house, Charlotte was amazing and kept us up to date all the way, would recommend Home Estates they went over and above any agents i have used in the past! Yvonne was fantastic and certainly knows her job inside and out! Thanks girls ????

Stay away!! They don't even deserve 1 star. They are rude on the phone when you become a tenant, blame everything on the landlord and won't fix any problems. They don't want to listen to any complaints and are full of false promises.

Clear and friendly staff seem responsible from a letting perspective, not sure about long time support from agency once letting. Fees are average no hidden costs.

Woùld not recommend this estate agent to anyone. Property was stupidly overpriced which resulted in taking forever to get any viewings, no feedback given what so ever, had to constantly ring them for updates as I wasn't informed when I had viewings, how they went or in fact that some didn't even show. They also tried upping the sale commission after a price was already agreed. Poor service levels all round, making the whole experience much more stressful than it needed to be. Stay clear!

I strongly advise to steer well clear of this estate agent, reported damp in the property and the boiler working on and off, nothing was done, the boiler engineer when he came for the annual service has advised the boiler needed flushing but Homes still done nothing, when they sent me my details they’ve included someone else’s driving licence, which I’m sure it’s a breach in customer’s confidentiality and the data protection act, and to top it off Homes refused to return the full deposit as the grill which I’ve never used required cleaning for the cost of £60.
If you have the miss pleasure to deal with these people make sure you DO NOT sign anything on face value, especially the property check list including the condition of the inside of any drawers, light bulbs, dust on appliances…you get the message.

Steer clear of these agents. They may claim to have happy customers but what about the ones that they've used for their own profit. I bet there are lots of them if our experience is anything to go by. Expect to be used and played!
