Eastate agents were very helpful and dedicated to thee services they render. Grace in particular is the best. Her quality of Costomer care is excellent. Most of other Estate agents will also put in extra time and effort to make sure Costumers are satisfied. They take their time to find out what type of property you need and makes attempts to help you achieve it.
The vendors are difficult in the ways they make their decisions. Even if you prize the house above the asking prices they still want you to keep adding more money. I will prefer to know the real price of the house and negotiate the price rather than putting the price low and expect to get more money above the asking price.

well this just goes to show how incompetent this estate agents are because this review was in relation to the dealings with gamesbite ltd and referring the number of issues that we had with your company dating back to 2011 which resulted in us stopping letting with you and never requesting to list a property for sale with you
now the recent issues you have referred to below was with a totally different company you should really check your facts before replying to reviews and look at your own guid lines especially 6.157 , 6.160 and especially 6.125 which "You should verify the identity using identity evidence that has been issued by a recognised body, for example a Government department, that has robust identity proofing measures, and includes security features that prevent tampering, counterfeiting and forgery with the customer’s full name and photo, with a customer’s date of birth or residential address such as:

We initially thought Beercocks were a little expensive in comparison to other estate agents in the area. However, you get what you pay for. Our house sold in one week!
Henry from Beercocks visited and valued our house the same week I contacted them. He took good photographs and made recommendations on little changes we could make to the house to make it more appealing to buyers.
The marketing brochure was soon put together and we were able to add a few personal touches before it was published on all the big websites.
Like I said above the house sold within one week to the first viewers. Beercocks pushed the sale through and we were in our new house in about a months time.
Beercocks are very responsive and helpful on the telephone and email.
We have used them for sale and purchase and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from the start. With many anxieties re selling during the lockdown the team kept us reassured and fully informed about all the details. We had our first viewing booked within 2 days from putting it on the market and we had 2 offeres made. We accepted 5k more than asking price!

Terrible communication between staff and myself. One member of staff would ring me and give me feedback after a viewing, then several days later I'd get a text saying 'we are still awaiting feedback from your viewers'. So which is it?
They charge way over market price but you think it'd be worth it as they are so established but it certainly isn't! Two colleagues at my work have also has bad experiences with beercocks so I know its not just me or a one off. I've told my friends who are selling to avoid and they've now gone elsewhere.
One of the viewers didn't even have the money to buy the property. Her family were going to lend her the money. Beercocks should never have sent them in to view without proof of funds and that they are proceedable? Were in the middle of a pandemic!! I thought estate agents were being really strict amd asking for proof before allowing people to view due to covid?
After almost 6 months with beercocks and no offers and beercocks not being proactive, I decided I would take it into my own hands and sell my own property! I was proactive and asked all friends, colleagues and family. I sent emails to various property investors and posted letters.
Well within 1 week of me doing that I sold my own house!!
Unfortunately that buyer fell through due to circumstances but 3 days later I managed to sell my house to a different buyer again!!
My point being, myself with 0 experience and contacts managed to sell my house TWICE within 2 weeks! Just by being proactive! So why couldn't they?
After selling my own house I now realise that I wasted 6 months with beercocks. If I'd have gone with a different estate agent or done my research then I'd probably have been in a new house by now.
The sign for beercocks took over a month to go up outside my house to advertise it was up for sale, and now it is still in my front garden despite me no longer being in contract with them and having sold privately. It represents the miscommunication, disorganisation and shambles of this estate agents.

Started of great. Couldn't fault them. Sold our house within a week. Fantastic. Then couple weeks down the line it changed. Someone in the office changed our phone numbers so they was leaving messages on other people's voice mail. Then as it was getting nearer to completion they told me I was having problems with our morgage when I rang our morgage provider they said total opposite and told us that they wouldn't even discuss it with Beercock and we would have been informed. If it'd been the case. So they tell you a few porkies but it's mainly solicitors who let you know what's going on.

Currently renting a property that should never have been let in its current state. Since we reported issues back in may nobody has once contacted us .we have had to make the first move every single time. Countless call back promises have been and gone .These guys won't even Reply to environmental health. I can tell you for a fact the property wasn't cleaned before we moved in as it was infested with fleas. We have had relentless issues with beercocks, the landlord and the absolute state of this property from day one. We are now starting legal proceedings against them and the landlord. We are still yet to have any work done to the place. All they have done so far is installed a new front door which DOESNT FIT! Icing on the cake. If you want to live in houses not fit for animals please go ahead and use them. Otherwise I'd avoid at all costs.

Absolutely unacceptable! Girl Hayley arranged a viewing and haven't sent any details or confirmation, day of viewing I get call someone waiting I call back and lady leaving from the property.
I call to rearrang viewing and to ask how it happen and they say Hayley on holiday and no one checking her email! I apologies for nothing and ask if someone can show that property later on but they just say sorry we are fully booked! I have never seen worse service in my life! Knowing we are coming from London to see this property they even not trying to find any slot and GUYS: my personal advise, share you applicants information, ask who is calling, know the applicant when you talk and take resonsabilities for your colleagues mistakes!!!!!

I highly recommend everyone to avoid using them, particularly for rental. Having worked within the rental market for some years, Beercocks was always a favorite to use. However, from recent experience with them, and numerous complaints from other colleagues I've recommended their service to, I'd now vote them as the worst estate agent to work with. As a landlord, you somewhat put trust in your agent to carry out checks, and to run inventory checks correctly when tenants come and go. No property checks were carried out for over 2 years, and the inventory check was carried out on the exit of the last tenant they managed, but after checking it myself; items were missing, including big items you'd expect one to notice missing: a 4'6 double bed and a pair of 8'6 wide curtains: clearly written on the inventory!. Also, when escalated to management, no reply, which is just a clear indication of incredibly bad management.

Not one to ever leave complaints but Poor service.
After purchasing the house I went to pick up the keys and signed a receipt to say I had collected them, only to find that none of the keys let me into the house. When I contacted them they didn't know anything about a second pair of keys and insisted that they had got into the house with the keys they had given me. I got no apology and spoken too as if this was me not unlocking the door properly. After they had contacted the seller they then realised there was another set of keys in the office that they hadn't given me, still got no apology.
There was also a security system in the house which I assumed was disconnected as they had given me no code with the keys and they had not mentioned it at any point whilst buying the property. When I isolated the electrics to do some work on the house the alarm system went off continuously for hours. I rang up the new land avenue estate agents and once again they knew nothing about a code. I was waiting hours whilst they got hold of the seller just for them to give me a code that doesn't work. In the end I had to isolate the electrics to the alarm system and climb on the roof and disconnect the battery from the alarm. Surely these checks should be done first when they are getting the information about the house. The one upside is that I actually got an apology this time, but all in all I am disappointed with the service and would never use this specific branch again.
