Unfortunately, I have to write this review. We've never had issues with any letting agents or landlord since we started renting not until we came across Neil Kaye, initially they were very nice not until the end of our tenancy that they synergized with the landlord to take above 80% of our deposit and wanted to give us less than 20%, claiming damages that are not to be, to the extent of saying we left a big hole in one of the bedroom, which wasn't true. We tried to call them so resolve it amicable but they said we should dispute it through DPS. Fortunately for us, after much investigations by DPS, we were able to get about 78% of our deposit back, they just gave them money for cleaning which is normal on every house move. So I won't recommend unless you are ready to let go your deposit or dispute it via DPS.... Read more

Neil Kaye would give you a dirty and mouldy apartment and drag your deposit with you at the end of the tenancy even if you handed over a better state of apartment than it was when you first moved in. They are so terrible. As a previous tenant I would advise you to avoid them at all costs... Read more

Viewing booked for 23/08/22 PM, after estate agent was late with no courtesy phone call, I contacted the office and was told they were 'not normally late'. After my 15 minute slot was nearly up, office phoned to apologise, saying agent was minutes away, as I was on a strict viewing schedule I left after 20 minute no-show. I have viewed with 5 other companies in Hull, all were on time. For buyers: factor in they may be late, so leave plenty of wiggle room. For sellers: personally I would avoid this company.... Neil and Cheryl were brilliant. Kept us up to date through the whole transaction nothing was too much trouble. All phone calls returned and emails answered never once had to chase them up as really on the ball. Offered some excellent advice throughout the transition and saw it through to an excellent conclusion and stayed with us all the way. If we were staying in Hull would use no one else but we're off to distant places so won't be able to again unfortunately. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone not a chain like W H Browns but a family run firm and it shows! Well done to you both a real pleasure of a transaction at a potentially stressful time....
