Atwell Martin didn’t sell our property, unfortunately we had to move the listing to another estate agent. They only managed to get us 3 viewings in three months, and despite us advertising the property at the value they suggested, after 6 weeks they were recommending that we reduce the price.

Miles and team were excellent facilitating everything for the sale of our property. From initial valuation and understanding of our property/local area to sales progression the team have always been there to answer any queries and help us along the way. All of the staff at the Chippenham branch of Atwell Martin were friendly and helpful.
Although we were away for many of the viewings these were always handled professionally and with plenty of prior warning. We had great feedback and follow up where viewers were contacted but often needed to check the app for this. The App used for progress and follow up is helpful but no replacement for a phone call, to talk through feedback. Overall a very good process and result in a difficult market! Thanks to all, especially Miles and Anna
