I basically decided to engage Hunter French to sell a property in Devizes because I had dealt with Ryan with regards to an EPC and he was so kind and helpful at a time when things were very difficult for me. I can honestly say that I did not regret this decision. I mainly dealt with Ryan, but Tom and the other members of the team were also great.
Communication about the outcome of viewings and the progress of the sale was excellent. Any questions or worries I had were addressed sensitively and professionally, and I really feel that the whole process was handled with a human and personal touch (which can be rare in this digital age!).
Selling a house can be scary, stressful and emotional and I am very grateful for the support that Ryan and the team gave me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Hunter French. They sold my apartment twice for me very quickly. Unfortunately the first time my husband became very ill, and we were unable to move, just as we approached exchange of contracts. Claire, John & Tom were very sympathetic and supportive during this difficult time, thinking more of me and my husband than losing their commission.
I was therefore very keen to return to them in 2023 to give them the sale of my property again. As before they were just as professional and caring. I was delighted to know all the same warm and friendly team were in the office from years ago, with the welcoming addition of Beth & Ryan. They were all briefed well on my property, this enabled me to be able to speak to anyone in the office, with any concerns or queries. I never had to ring or chase for updates.

I have purchased and sold seven properties over the years and their service is way above and beyond any other estate agent I have used, they knock spots off all the national estate agents. The service they offer is quite brilliant. They are extremely professional giving support and advice during what can be an extremely stressful time for both seller and purchaser. I was delighted to welcome the entire Devizes team into my home from the start so they could all communicate with any potential buyers, it can be most frustrating and time wasting if one can only speak to a designated agent who is always on the other line and never phones back when one has a long list of questions! Staff were helpful with the initial valuation where we discussed pricing options and photographs for the online advertisement. The small Devizes team kept abreast of any enquiries and information provided by us or any third parties which meant all the staff did their best to help. Once an offer was received Hunter French guided us to help achieve the best price. After the sale the process was very straight forward as solicitors took on the final processes with the agent just stepping in as necessary. On Friday late morning, I've mentioned the gutter on the property I am purchasing was dislodged and leaking badly, it was already fixed by Saturday when I walked pass the house. Selling a house ? This estate agent, right from day-1 inspired confidence. Gave us the attention that others have not. Arranged an open viewing day for the first day they had access, multiple views including the Housing Association who bought it.
