Jamie and the team helped us to buy our first home and couldn’t recommend the Hunter French Tetbury team enough. We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. We will certainly reach out to the team if we need any help selling/buying in future. Thanks again to the Tetbury team for their help and support throughout what can be a stressful process !

I chose Hunter French from three companies, as they seemed most down to earth but confident in being able to get me the best price for my home.
Dan honoured the quote despite it being over a year since visiting the property and in the end the team managed to sold my house in 6 days and £5,000 above asking price. Patryk and Sally communicated clearly and set expectations well every step of the way.
I respect how the entire team conduct business with integrity and professionalism and I look forward to using them again in the future. Highly recommend them!

I basically decided to engage Hunter French to sell a property in Devizes because I had dealt with Ryan with regards to an EPC and he was so kind and helpful at a time when things were very difficult for me. I can honestly say that I did not regret this decision. I mainly dealt with Ryan, but Tom and the other members of the team were also great.
Communication about the outcome of viewings and the progress of the sale was excellent. Any questions or worries I had were addressed sensitively and professionally, and I really feel that the whole process was handled with a human and personal touch (which can be rare in this digital age!).
Selling a house can be scary, stressful and emotional and I am very grateful for the support that Ryan and the team gave me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I looked at so many houses, nothing was right and then I stumbled across a new property. A viewing was arranged quickly with the staff at Hunter French Frome. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

Ollie went the extra mile for us......
Ollie kept us informed every step of the way (even with tricky delays), his professionalism and knowledge made all the difference. Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. The biggest disappointment for us to use these people.
Found the perfect place to buy, no chain, all the paperwork being done, solicitor fees paid.
4 weeks in the process, we were gazumped!!!!
No feelings whatsoever, or people skills.
Horrendous experience.
