Jenny Hodges heads up the team, she has been in estate agency for 35 years and has extensive in-depth knowledge of the local area. When we entered the offices in Bicester we were given a warm welcome and they managed to accommodate a valuation visit very quickly. When Jenny arrived she was warm and friendly whilst I showed her around and then explained to us in detail what she could do for us and what she could realistically achieve. She also made me feel comfortable and confident with her expertise of the area. Throughout the whole process she has kept me up to date with what was going on as I wasn’t able to be in the property, so I felt my house was in good hands with Jenny. The team managed to sell my house with a few weeks on the market and they kept me up to date with the progression of the sale. They also kept in constant contact with the solicitors to ensure the shortest selling time we could achieve.
