Simone has been very helpful throughout the process. She is knowledgeable about both the property and the local area, always responsive, polite, and punctual for viewings. She was patient and supportive, while also helping to move a very stressful process forward without ever being too pushy, which we really appreciated.
We also felt that Hunters Leighton Buzzard had some of the better listings in the area at the time we were searching. 3D modelling is an amazing idea. We would happily work with them again when the time comes :)

We are in the process of buying a house. Simone has been absolutely amazing in guiding us through this process. She is kind, resourceful, encouraging, and informative. She has the ability to visualise what will work in the property you are purchasing, drawing on her experience and knowledge, thinking outside the box. We found this extremely helpful. On occasion when Simone has been unavailable, due to leave or business demand, Nick has been very supportive and responsive too. The front office are a good team and very approachable.

From Simone at the viewing, to initial communications with Nick at the beginning of the process and then the support and guidance from Sarah who just topped off what could be such an exhausting process of house buying but Sarah was so helpful and reassuring whenever I was unsure with anything.

We did not use to sell our property but bought a property represented by Hunters. We found they could be difficult to get hold of over the phone on occasion, but they did try to help when we managed to get through and responded fairly quickly to queries. They have been helpful post purchase to liaise with the sellers on a few queries. Bad experience with key handover, were told they would meet us at the property but no one was there, when we called them to check what was happening, we were told they were short staffed and we would have to collect the keys from them (30min round trip plus the initial waiting around) delayed our movers and cost us nearly £300 in extra moving fees as a result. Not overly impressed. In addition we were offered a £50 voucher if we left a good review, which seems unnecessary to me if you are doing a good job. I would not recommend Hunters.

Dealing with Hunters LB has been excellent from start to finish, even when complications arose in the chain. The website was clear and provided excellent full 3D immersive photos for us to properly view the property remotely, and everyone we have dealt with has been professional and and helpful. Specifically, Sarah Kiss helped us enormously when people in the chain started messing around with exchanging and completing. She jumped straight onto the phone and directly called each house in the chain to get to the bottom of the problem, and to get them to all agree on a date to complete on. She provided constant updates to make sure we weren't in the dark, and was always prioritising us in this stressful time. We can't thank them enough! Highly recommend.

Simone was the first member of the team that we met when we called into the office to arrange viewings, a warm, friendly lady, very help and made everything happen without fuss or trouble.
Once we found the property of our dreams, we were then handed over to Sarah Kiss, the sales coordinator, and although we never met her in person, she was always at the end of the phone to answer every question and if she didn't have the answer immediately, she would find out the answer and get back to you. The whole team were supportive and friendly throughout the whole process and we have now completed our purchase of our forever home.

Just had a visit from Caroline to appraise our newly renovated property that we originally purchased via Hunters Leighton Buzzard in 2022 after they also handled the sale of previous property.
As ever I was very impressed by the service received considering I’m not currently considering selling and Caroline was happy to spend time discussing what we’d done along with future planned projects offering valuable advice.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Hunters where Nick and Caroline are on hand to make any future house sale or purchase.

We were so glad we used Hunters to sell as being an independent agent they had a sales progressor who was able to communicate to all levels of the chain and advise where we were with the different elements of the conveyancing process. Our chain was extremely complicated and we took 8 months to sell after accepting an offer without Hunters playing their role I think we would have probably lost the sale

From beginning to end I felt that the team at Hunters looked after me and my chain to get the result of my house being sold.
The sale itself was made difficult by agents and solicitors further down the chain, and I believe the team at Hunters did go over and beyond expectations to get my house sold.

Avoid this agency at all costs as they use cowboy builders as maintenance who last time we had a leaky toilet left it in a worse condition than it was before the leak. I requested that the guy they use is not sent to us again in which he then came and serviced our boiler which is now not working. I called them as I was angry that he was used again and the lady on the phone was very aggressive and rude which made me use a rude word not aimed at her but at the situation and this was then used back at me by a saying I should be more educated, I have dyslexia so I find this statement extremely hurtful.

We have recently used Hunters Leighton Buzzard to sell our house, with very positive results.
The Hunters team, and Nick Board in particular, we very professional, communicative and respectful in their approach, which is not something that can be said of some other local estate agents we have used in the past.
Initial pre-sale discussions were informative and direct without any pushy sales techniques or over-inflated promises. Nick gave a considered opinion on both the house and the local market as well as realistic expectations of sale price, viewing footfall and length of the sales process (all of which turned out to be entirely accurate).
The Hunters team were informative and communicated well throughout the process, maintaining a balance of keeping us informed at the right times without contacting us unnecessarily. We also never had to chase any queries up beyond an initial phone call or email - again something found lacking in certain other local estate agents.
Mature, professional, and approachable - I would not hesitate to consider using Hunters Leighton Buzzard again in the future and would certainly recommend them to others looking to buy, sell or rent.

I choose Hunters to sell my property due to the London connection and surrounding areas they have with regards to clients.
Having to sell a way above average house requiring top price required someone from outside the area to come in and buy.
After having through the door in the first 5 days several plus viewings and several more book for the following days the full asking price was offered.
Communications afterwards were always relayed as and when required and you could speak to whoever in the office and they would have the information you required also, not having to wait for someone to return to find something out.

They have been in contact with us from the biginning of our purchase and that gave us the comfort we needed during this period, which is not a very relaxing one.

The property that we bought was sold through Hunters and they were amazing every step of the way. The viewing done by David was the best viewing we have ever had. David was friendly, relaxed and allowed us plenty time to view everything without feeling rushed. We then dealt with Caroline who was incredible. Caroline was hands on and in contact with us all the time. Being in a chain of five we experienced many delays with banks, solicitors and searches, but Caroline kept chasing to keep things moving. At one stage we almost had to pull out of the sale and lose our dream home due to a Covid related problem, but amazingly Caroline was able to resolve this by negotiating with others in the chain and finding a way forward. Unfortunately Hunters did not handle the sale of our house. However, they marketed our sellers’ house as well as our buyer’s. As a consequence, they helped us to secure a shorter chain. Their due diligence was outstanding. They kept in touch with throughout the process and provided helpful advice when needed. If only the agent who was paid to handle the sale had been half as good. I will admit to moaning and complaint about a number of other estate agents in town. In all honestly these guys were truthful with me I gave them my details and up frount they admitted they probably wouldn't have anything in my price range. A lot of the other estate agents promised they did and would get back to me (but never did) these guys I trust as they were up frount and truthful about what they can and can't do. Ultimately they didn't have anything for me but not their fault as least they didn't lie or contact me about properties outside my price range

A few days later still no phone call back to confirm! Since decided to move onto other local estate agents that appear to be more competent and want the business. My wife and I would have no hesitation in rocomending Hunters, what separates hunters from others in my opinion are it’s people, we had a couple of false starts with our sale falling through twice, (no fault of Hunters), very very stressful time!, what made the difference was the focus on communication, keeping us informed at every stage even when there was no further news, I only wish our purchase was handled by Hunters, that was a very different experience!

I was impressed by the overall performance of the team at Hunters. Special thanks to Michella, Rosie and Iain, who provided excellent customer service at various stages in our sale. Thanks also to Caroline and David for their wisdom and expertise. By way of constructive criticism there were only a couple of disappointing issues: I twice had to prompt for the promised formal monthly review of how our sale was progressing. Also our property was incorrectly priced in the shop window, (not amended following an agreed reduction in price), for a couple of weeks - a human error for which we received an apology, but it was frustrating to think we may have missed a sale during that time. One other point to mention... Leighton Buzzard and Tring offices are linked telephonically and it was sometimes confusing to call one office but end up speaking to the other. All that said I still rate the service received very highly (worth five stars) and appreciate the friendly and professional approach throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble and, once a sale was agreed, we had a smooth, stress-free conclusion. Good work.
