Good prior to moving in. Move in day they let me know it hadn't been professionally cleaned - didn't bother to mention it before. House was not good - loads of bulbs/sockets not working, cob webs everything, stairs not hoovered, still stuff left in cupboards that noone had mentioned. Let the house out without any working heating (they just never bothered to check). Sadly it only got worse. Took 6 weeks to get some basic work done and when other issues arose they only care if they are legally responsible, otherwise couldn't care about tenants or how happy they are and will take every penny off you they can. Worst attitude of any agents I have ever encountered. Caveat emptor (or whatever the equivalent is for renting)... Read more

Before my tenancy to start during my visit highlighted some concerns and which need to be address however till I moved in and till now its pending. I was forced to move in as I have to leave my old property becuase of notice given know I am getting better place for my kid and family. Day 1 was terrible and there was no one to be there to see even after calling. Point is why those chekes were not done before any new one enter. And since then I am asking about the concerns raised at the time of first visit is still pending and no time. What I see is harresment and non Commentment to family with kid. I am writing for answare but no positive time or date knowingly it is prority. Kid is suffering along with US becuase of this major delay and non responsive behaviour from letting agent....
