Manager and Company Director Adrian Siddall has been an estate agent for over 25 years, joining JW Wood in 1993, with the vast majority of that time spent serving Chester le Street. Adrian is supported by Martyn Hunter (Senior Sales negotiator). Sales Negotiators Tracy Bowen, Jill Gowland, Chloe Rodgerson have a wealth of experience within the industry. Chris Hutchinson looks after our portfolio of vacant properties.

Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment.
It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions.
Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase.
Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?
